by right, salah tu..cuba contact balik lawyer yg buat surat kamu dulu, suruh dia buat surat lagi sekali..ngapa idak dipanggilnya kamu balik keroje lepas suspension 14 hari tu...fight for your right babe...!!! ada ke idak HR bagi written notice yg cuti kamu disambung?
issh..apa benak sgt HR kamu ni..he..he..saja je nak provoke...

tu la nk kena tengok surat suspension tu lah..tp sy igt dia tulis untill further notice..
tp bila tnye kwn2 penah kena suspend mmg laah kak yayaji dorang nye process..rata2 sebulan setgh !!~ ada sampai 4 bulan pun ada tau !!~
entah bila tnye auditor awat lmbt sgt dia ckp byk kes nk handle...entah lah betul ke idak? nmpk sgt lah..pekerja bank ni byk songlap duit sampai dia byk kes nk handle.. |

kes songlap duit. yg lagi sorang nih, berenti tak cukup notis, tp hutang kat company tak abis lagi, byk plak tu...
beeha, kalau depa nak sambung suspension, mmg boleh, tp kena bagi notis bertulis. better check balik, errr..kamu keje kat bank mana ni? pelik nar work flow nye.. |

akak tak keje kat bank, tp klu bab IR / DI ni, same je...
a. bila dpt report , buat investigation
b. klu ada kes, build up the case, pehtu buat notis/charge sheet; kaborkan kat org yg dikatakan suspek tu..chewah..mcm polis lak..kalau kes tu dianggap berat, suspend le org itu...max 14 hari..klu tak siap gak invg tu. bg tau kena sambung lagik, mesti secara bertulis...
c. serah notis kat org tu, bg tau bila nak buat DI. HR dept kena set-up panel, chairman, prosecutor & panel.
d. pehtu, conduct le DI, nama pun domestic inquiry, hanya org dalaman je..org luor tak leh masuk campor, bulih panggil saksi lagi..klu ada
e. klu union member, leh guna union rep utk wakilkan...
f. pot pet pot pet dlm DI tu, panel kena buat keputusan...salah ke idak...kalau salah apa penalty, kalau inesen pun kena bagi tau, pun melalui surat gak...
g. abis...
senangkan...sbb tu la akak heran, apa lama sgt nak bg tau bila nak buat DI? kalau tak mau buat, bg je warning letter...abis citer...

laaa....awat depa dok pusing byk rounabout ni ? other alternative, beeha pi habaq kat depa camni...ni awat lama sgt suspend saya nih? apa cerita ? kalau takdak apa-apa keputusan dlm masa 7 hari, saya nak pi report kat labour ofis, sebab takdak apa-apa, tugas saya kena gantung...apa alasan pihak majikan ? nak buat inquiry ke tak ? dah le tak bagi notis bertulis utk sambung suspension saya ni?....ha...tu dia...berani dak ? tp akak rasa beeha kena berani le...ni pasai periuk nasi kita ni..
bukan apa, kita sbg both employee and employer kena tau hak kita, ramai majikan kat luar sana selalu amik tindakan yg tak munasabah. kdg2 tak mo refer kat labour ofis / EA sebab leceh. Mmg le leceh, sbb tu la kita ni digovern by the law. sbb tu le tak leh terminate org sesuka hati mak bapak depa...
akak ni udah byk kali terminate org dah..tp bukan main petik jari je...kena ikut baper byk lapis procedure supaya kita tak dikenakan tindakan di kemudian hari...silap2, ex-employee boleh claim constructive dismissal lagi..!! naya...beeha, akak rasa beeha kena bg tau lawyer hari tu pasai kes ni...do something...and fast. |

kak yayaji saye taip surat suspension ek. akak tlg review ek. sy pun x bape nk faham workflow hr kat bank sy ni.
It has been brought to Management's attention that you are alleged to have comitted a major misconduct.
In view of the seriousness of the alleged misconduct and pending an investigation into the matter and / or holding of a Domestic Inquiry against you, the Bank has decided that you be suspended from service with effect from 23 March 2011 until further notice.
Please be informed that during your suspension from service, you are not permitted to enter your workplace / branch without obtaining prior approval from Management and / or conduct any business for and on behalf of the Bank. As such all your user ID, password, etc shall be suspended accordingly.
Whilst under suspension, you will be on half pay salary for 2 (two) weeks from 23 march 2011 and on full pay from thereon untill further notice. However your (half) pay salary will be restored to full pay should you be found not guilty of the allegation against you. bla..bla...bla...

surat tu ok, tp deme kena mention bila DI sbb suspension pending investion kena bg tau the exact day... until further notice tu sampai thn depan ka? max 2 minggu, lps tu klu nak sambung, kena bagi notis bertulis sambung sampai bila. dah check dgn labour office ? |

emmm, boss u x salah pun sbb baca profile mmbr u..for me, dalam hal ni, banyak bnd lain yg boleh diguraukan..other than pasal bom2,pancit2 tayar bagai.. cuba bnd camni jadi kat u?x ke u pun rasa kecut?u said x mention nama sape2 pasal nak pancit tayar tu..knp x cakap je comment2 tu x dtujukan pada dia?
apa2 pun banyakkan bersabar k..aku ingat kes teraniaya ape...hehehe..jgn marah TT..aku pun teraniaya juga...keje dah 3 tahun...lepasan sarjana muda....eksek cabuk lah tapi...tapi gaji aku 2100 je... mmg aku rasa dianiaya je... |

one more thing hana u patut bersyukur x dpt bos cam aku ni haa !!~~ bos ko ada x sms pd ari cuti ahad semata2 nk bg arahan berjela2 siap dgn ayat2 emotional bagai sampai 3 page text sms !!~ bos ape mcm tu ?? :@:@ xprofessional langsung !!~ mcm dah xde ari isnin nk bg arahan tu sume..padahal bila sume staff ada lam opis x de pun nk kasi arahan berjela2 cam tu..tats y kitaorg kat opis lemas dan harap2 sgt dia tu kena transfer.. |
