Management/Business Games?

I've always been interested in games like Cities Skylines, Prison Architect, Planet Coaster, and the like. However, they seem to focus too much on the creative aspect and not the management aspect of the games, which turns me off to them. Are there games that focus more on management and not building?

I like business games. It's quite cool as long as you know where to find a good one. There were so many games we used to play as kids like Monopolia. But nowadays people have made the business game for students thousand times better than in the past. There are some great features added in the modern version like necesarry basics of business modeling.

In my opinion Rimworld, Factorio, Oxygen Not Included, and Dwarf Fortress are all the best of this sort of thing. They're just sort of different and it depends on what sort of experience you want.
