hye all.i tgh survey2 area damansara. hari tu pi ronda2 kt area damansara damai. nampak iklan ni..tgk tpt tu cantik banget, tp offer price kebanyakannya 300-400k.  ada yg tak sampai 300k pon. harga tu kira murah utk tahap duplex..biasa dengar duplex dlm 500k and above..harga menarik..tp agak curious nape? so sapa2 dok kt area damansara damai, kindly provide info.. ok ke dok cni?

i have a unit there. the layout is ok and quite spacious (about 1600 liveable space but it looks large sb ada lanai (balcony at the lower and upper floors). My unit is at the ground floor so ada laman kecik utk tanam pokok. the upper level ada 3 bedrooms and one family room (besar size mcm bedroom). ada very large area utk swimming pool and landscape...since my unit is at the ground floor , dekat la dgn pool. Agak OK dan tenang lah dibandingkan dgn kawasan lain kat ddamai tu cz its gated n ada guard.
