sapa ada idea pasal tempat ni?
dapat interview kat sini.. tapi nak taulah kot2 ada yg penah experience kat sini..
rasanya mcm tempat training.. cam saya yg fresh masih mencari kerja ni.. ok la kot kalau masuk sini?
mintak pendapat kawan2 ye..

SHRDC ni adalah skills training centre under naungan kerajaan negeri.. rasanya semua negeri ada, all center are different entities, bukan satu company.. tujuan utama center ni is to cater for industries all around the states in training and re-training.... biasanya course tu tk le lama, a few days or a few weeks...

ada jugak centre yang buat kursus Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia dan Skim Latihan Graduan sbg kursus tambahan.. wpn ada skill centers ni bawah kerajaan negeri tp bukan semua center dibayar gaji oleh kerajaan negeri..

management center ni akan dipantau oleh Management Committee yang dilantik di kalangan ahli yg terdiri dari pengurusan tertinggi syarikat yg mendaftar sbg ahli dalam skill center ni, in order to get their services and also use the facilities... kemudahan di sini biasanya lengkap dan canggih...

i am currently wat training kat shrdc ni.kat cni macam2 program ada (mostly utk course engineering & IT) la & it is SLG.tempoh training is varied depends on program yg diambil..like mine is 4 months training kt centre ni n another 4 months on-job training n mmg dpt elaun rm500 sbln.so far aku berpuas hati la belajar/ikut program kt cni sbb mmg betul2 helpful.boleh sharpen ape yg blaja kat uni dulu n blaja new things...

i also have to say all the instructors are superb.mereka mmg btul2 dedicated la (instructors utk course aku la) n knowledgable.ramai gak instructor2 ni diimport khas dari australia.maknanye ramai instructor mat salleh la..i think d best part yg wat aku join is mmg camner2 pn kt akan dpt keje.sbb shrdc ni akan tlg kt dptkn keje sampai dpt.(tu janji diorng la n so far aku tgk xde masalah)

the environment is ok n facilities bagus n canggih2...tmpt ni kt worldwide business centre seksyen 13 shah alam..

ko try la masuk website die tgk, tak pun g jer kat sek 13 shah alam tu......... aku dulu pernah join prog diaorg lepas grad... dalam 2 tahun lepas... pada pengalaman aku la, prog die bagus... n the main thing yang aku dapat adalah untuk meyakinkan kite untuk melangkah ke alam kerja........

yups...dapat banyak mende yg kita tk dpt kt U.
siap ada additional soft skill nye course....project management, team building, tech.report wrting,power iview,6 thinking hats (mmg best course nie !!)

dia nyer instructor pun best2 gak....sumer yg dah ada experience lama...tapi kalau dpt japanese nye instructor, mmg diorang takkan ngajar banyak, tapi mmg mcam tu la kalau kt real world punya work environment..suh kita berdikari...carik resource sendirik...

bab OJT, tengok jugak...ada yg senang, kadang2 boleh dpt kerja trus..tapi kalau yg course ramai kt pasaran tu susah skikitla....tapi insyaallah...kalau kita usaha carik sendiri pun okey....

elaun 500..kalau ada attachment ngan mana2 company leh la dapat sampai 800...

biasanya kita orang buat screening mengikut keperluan jawatan kosong yang ada supaya calon2 yang dipanggil benar2 layak dan tidak membuang masa semua pihak.

tapi ada jugak sesetgh interview tue ..nak meramaikan candidates
tp normally tgok pada akademik ngan experience...tak guna panggil kalo tak tau apa2.....

biasanya intvw yg nak meramaikan candidates tu yg jenis agency pekerjaan sbb lg rmi dia dpt supply candidates so kebarangkalian nak diterima bekerja tu adalah tinggi.supply candidate now is business and money.

Betul tuh...

Aku paling menyampah kalo g interview, tukang interview tu ckp canni;

"maaflah, sebenarnya post yg kami ade ni utk candidate yg lebih pengalaman..."

atau

"gaji yg kamu mtk RMxxxx ni tinggi sangatla, boleh tak kurangkan sket ke RMxxxx... (sbnrnya byk)"

Kalo dah tau nk yg lebih berpengalaman ke, kurang pengalaman ke, lebih kacak ke yg ko panggil jugak apahal?

Dah sah2 org letak expected salary tu lg tinggi dr current salary, lg nk turunkan smpai sama @ kurang dr current salary. Secara jujur; antara sebab utama org nk tukar keje mestila better offer, kalo offer lg hampeh dr skrg takkanla org nk accept kecuali kes2 terpencil jer...

Lenkali checkla resume candidates sblm pggl interview... Jgn nk buang masa org, nk apply cuti lg... hampeh...:@
