Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie NOT in danger of losing Zahara
The rumors have been running wild across the Internet, and for good reason because several sources have cited that Angelina Jolie抯 adoption of Zahara Jolie-Pitt was not entirely legal and that Zahara抯 birth mother was still alive and wanted her back.

I am so disgusted by these so called sources. Today an article came out via Reuters, explaining that this is not true.

Angelina Jolie抯 adoption of an Ethiopian baby was legal, the agency involved said on Thursday, rejecting reports that the child抯 relatives want her back.

Newspapers have reported this week that relatives of two-year-old Zahara, including a woman who says she is her birth mother, want the child returned to Ethiopia. Jolie adopted Zahara in July, 2005.

The Global organization for Action Children has received 9000$ of the equipment and distribution of the film next to roll State of Play, carried out by Brad Pitt and Edward Norton.

The film, still in production, will be released in 2008. It is based on the miniseries of the BBC with the same name and in the distribution also one includes Rachel McAdams, Robin Wright Penn, Helen Mirren, and Jason Bateman.

Zahara's mum supports Jolie's adoption

The biological mother of Angelina Jolie's adopted Ethiopian child Zahara has spoken out to defend the actress, and insisted that she is happy her daughter now has a better life.

Mentwabe Dawit denied that she had tried to challenge Jolie's adoption and get her daughter to come back to Africa.

Mentwabe told Reuters that "so-called journalists" had twisted what she had told them, saying: "I have never disputed the adoption. This was a mistake. It was something I never said."

Reports last week said that she had claimed that the adoption papers were incorrect because she was still alive. But the agency that arranged the adoption insisted that it was "legal" following the accusations.

Mentwabe explained that her mother had put Zahara up for adoption after she ran away because she had no money to feed her daughter and she had presumed that she had died.

At her home in Awasa, Ethiopia, Mentwabe kissed a picture of Jolie and said: "This is to show I have no ill feelings towards her.

"I think my daughter is a very fortunate human being to be adopted by a world-famous lady. I wish them both all the success they deserve

Geri Halliwell is desperate for her daughter to become friends with Angelina Jolie's children.

The singer has invited Angelina to all the Spice Girls' upcoming reunion concerts in a bid to introduce her 18-month-old daughter Bluebell to the 'Tomb Raider' star's four kids - adopted children, six-year-old Maddox, three-year-old Pax and two-year-old Zahara, and Angelina and partner Brad Pitt's 18-month-old daughter Shiloh.

A source close to Geri told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Geri dotes on Bluebell and only wants the very best for her. She has sent a personal invite to Angelina and Brad. She has a lot of respect for Angelina, as they are both UN Ambassadors.

"She also thinks Angelina is an amazing mother, and believes it would be lovely for Bluebell to meet her children and become friends with them."

Geri has also reportedly sent out personal invitations to actress Nicole Kidman and Tennis ace Roger Federer to watch any one of the Spice Girls' concerts.

The hotly anticipated shows, which kick off on December 2 in Vancouver, Canada, are set to be attended by a host of stars.

Last week, it was reported that the entire cast of 'Desperate Housewives' will be in the audience at the girls' Los Angeles concert, while Victoria Beckham is believed to have invited good friends Tom Cruise and his wife Katie Holmes.
