masalah tempat kerja

hi semua..

iols nak tanya pendapat sikit..iols keje gomen office..n u know..knowing kerja gomen ofis..ada la 2-3 org yang kaki mengulat..pemalas,kaki mc,kaki pegi klinik n berkira buat kerja..kerja susah sikit xnak buat..tapi gaji nak banyak..nak pangkat duk dalam bilik aircond..

so aku adalah ketua bagi satu unit di pejabat gomen ni n bagi aku aku paling pantang staf aku mmpunyai ciri2 di atas..di mana aku sure mengamuk n marah kalau aku terjumpa kerja org di atas yang buat kerja setakat melepaskan batuk di tangga..

tapi masalahnya aku mengamuk marah pun bnda tu masuk telinga kiri keluar telinga kanan..gomen office kan..sejauh mana sgt tindakan boleh diambil bagi staf mcm kat atas tu?paling2 panggil..bagi nasihat ceramah agama tazkirah.. aku pulak xsuka lah stail2 bagi nasihat ni..sekali aku cakap buat bodoh dua kali cakap pun masih sama aku terus nak lapor kepada ketua jabatan..banyak lemak sgt..selama hari ni spoiled sgt..xde sape penah tegur/marah..alasan tak nak bergaduh..

tapi kalau buat kat private ok la..nmpk impact..kena pecat/turun pangkat/potong gaji..tapi utk keje gomen ni krik2 sgt..smpi aku kdg2 bosan dah nak entertain staf mcm ni..tapi smpi bila nak biar?

jdi aku tanya forumer2 lain yg same shoes dgn aku..kalau korang di tempat aku/pernah berada di tempat aku..apa yang korang buat?dgn tht staf dah berbuih2 mulut aku bercakap..marah..psycho..tapi ttp xmakan saman..letih mak nyah..

Agak2 ko blh jer ugut2 manja tak dlm meeting staff...
Such as - ckp kalau x capai KPI... nnti semua kna p team building ker... no excuses...wajib... sapa yg dlm ktegori "culas"mna suka p team building time sabtu ahad kannnn..... ugut2 benda yg staff ko xsuka.....
tp ikot pgalaman aku la kn.. boss aku rajin2... contoh la... ada gotong royong... boss aku org yg 1st smpi.. slinsing tgn buat korek longkang... yg staffs culas ni mula2 mcm buat mlepaskn lelah jer...
Pastu ada lg progrm lain.. boss aku yg dluan turun padang.... mna2 program or projek yg "so-so" jer staff2 buat... dia snap pics.. boh dlm watapps opis... nasib la team mna kna... malu alah la kan... mau bnyk kali naik nama.. ko rasa prestasi ko hujung taun cmna?? Nyawa2 hekan la kan...
Tu lah teguran ala2 manja boss aku dlu.. dh pencen dh dorg... ada staff2 nyampah cra tu.. tp brani bunyik blakang je la...

aku belum jumpa pengarah lagi..aku baru maklum pada timbalan pengarah..tapi mcm takde apa tindakan pun..lama dah timb pengarah ni tau pasal staf ni..tpi mcm aku cakap td..xde sapa ambil tindakan apa2..nak tukar unit lain pun xde mana-mana unit yang nak staf ni..jenuh lelong dah..tapi semua pun tak nak..aku nak nyahkan je dia dr unit aku..tapi tu lah..xde sape yg berminat nak ambil sbb bermasalah staf ni..

bagus bos you guna reverse psikologi..aku xpndai la guna cmtu..aku panh cakap keje dia mcm budak sekolah..tapi macam aku cakap dgn batu..xde kesan apa lngsg..sama je..letih uuuu...aku ni xnak la staf aku jadi tipikal gomen servant..

Tak mkn saman aihhh SOP nih... xdtg kerja lammaaaaaaaa... bru amaran... pastu amaran... panggil dtg kerja 1 hari... pastu mc lg... & lagi & lagi.... amaran....potong gaji... dtg opis.. ngamuk2 kt kerani... dtg la sminggu... pastu mc lg...
Habis kerja ko slama ni sapa tanggung?????? Kwn2 seopis lah... alasan..  asmathic teruk... MC 3 bln.. lbih dri org branak... MC mrata2 spital... pastu post skeping gambo tgn kna cucuk drip... caihhhh....

i've been there, bawah aku ada berpuluh2 orang dan semua ada at least degree, ko kena dalami ilmu management, kena tahu basic, at least theory x and theory y, mcamana nak handle pkerja category x dan category y, ko sendiri as boss la salah, dorang bukan budak sekolah nak maki2 atau nak marah, kalau pkerja tak efficient dan tak effective, the jari will always go back to us

mengamuk dan marah akan demotivated worker ko lagi, mcmana ko jd boss kalo basic in management pon tak reti?

ye..tahu..diorg bkn budak sekolah..tp tau x ckp sekali xbuat..ckp dua kali tak buat..pnggil masuk bilik pun dah..sembg pun dah..ihbs ko nk aku ckp bape byk kali lagi?ingt kje aku nk mngadap staf tu je ke?xde kje lain?kesalahan repetitive..the same mistake all over again..bukn mistake pun tp lbh kepada negligence..aku ada 40 org staf bawah aku..dia ni je yg bermslh..aku mrh lg 39 staf xde mslh..semua faham..kerja serius la..jgn main2..ni gj korang pki duit rakyat..kje betul2..39 staf lg bertungkus lumus naikkn unit..tp ada satu staf dont bother actually..lbh kpd whatever...apa pun tiap2 bulan aku dpt gj..n mmg terbukti bila aku berckp mmg dia ada perubahan..tp bila aku senyap back to square one..aku pun manusia..nk g klinik pegi la..tp pastikn kje tu tip top la..jgn hilang time kje..ni tiba2 xde kat tmpt..pergi mn time ofis hour?ni masalah disiplin..sendiri tau la..mcm ko ckp diorg ni bukan budak sekolah lg..dah besae pnjg...xkn xtau 8-5 tempat diorg kt mn?kat rumah ke?ke kt kdai kopi mngeteh?

sori eh aku xmemaki..aku xguna word maki pun dalam cerita aku..aku cakap mngamuk n marah..sila diffrentiate between memaki n marah..

ahaaaa....sama ja modus operandi di mana2 gomen opis..mc merata tempat..pastu bgtau pergi klinik..buat cerita sedih la pasal pi klinik td..apa sakit berat sgt..ada staf aku siap preggie lg dtg ofis xde pun rajin mc/g klinik..cannot brain...

ye, mengamuk pon tak patut, i did handle around the same no of staff mcm u last time, u as the boss need to learn to manage, hence why we are in the management line, every human is different, as the boss we need to understand our staff, because our outcome will depends on each individual performance, dr story u pon i da nmpk as a leader u fail, because if u do the same thing, how come u expect different outcome, u need to tackle from different aspect


I did experience the same thing, actually u ni sama mcm i dulu, pentingkan output je, treat everything objectively, last time I thought it was the best thing to do, u boleh baca thread i yg lepas, i fikir benda yg sama mcm u, and lepas tu i kerja dekat tmpat lain, i kerja dgn boss yg sebiji mcm i, then i realize i apa perasaan my ex staff, then i tambah ilmu management and now i improve a lot, i dulu mcm u fikir i mcm takde kerja lain nk entertain sorang2, apa lagi SEMUA ex staff i ada minimum degree,  then i evaluate balik, dr i pon ada silap, so i baiki diri, u tak boleh anggap mcm tu, because human bukan machine, u kena investigate everything throughly, jgn fikir tak ada masa nak layan staff tu, sbb sorang staff boleh buat performance the whole team kurang

I think u ni mesti  early 30's. Baran semacam je.  Staf semua salah. N mesti nk ikut kepala u je.  Mmg ade staf yg akn peel mcm2. U kena pandai tackle org mcm ni

When i was young n i open my own firm,  staf asyik kena bambu je. X blh dtg lmbt skit,  melayang file ke muka staf.

But now i treat my staff differently. I trewt them as my 'tulang belakang' as my aset. Without them i am nothing. U know what,  skrg i x msk ofis pun x jadi mslh dah. They can handle office efficiently.

Kalau staf i nk msk lmbt sbb ank sakit ke kucing sakit ke i just  tell them make sure staf lain back up.

U bw bertenang,  sm2 selami permasalahan staf. Good luck

Ewww dpt gaji bg anak bini makan..siap demand bonus..keji..aku paham dari sudut kolig la yer..cos im not a boss...sbb ada kolig mcm ni..menyusahkan 1 grup..aku memg xsuka..time gaji teka suara sapa paling kuat meroyan? Yes..org tu lahh

fyi kami dkt swasta pun tkde lh kejam sgt samp nk potong gaji/turun pangkat/pecat.. plg2 pun kami suruh dia buat surat tunjuk sebab ni pun selepas bkali2 sessi meluah rasa dgn HR... KPI mark memainkn peranan utk bonus je.. tp tkdelh potong2 gaji bagai ni

tp big bos kami sll ckp kalau anak buah yg salah..tu bkn salah mereka tp salah dia as bos yg tk pandai tackle anak buah...
