Sangka baik, mungkin dia hanya makan putih telur shj atau sedikit shj kuning telur. Yg tinggi kolesterol itu kuning telur, putih telur kaya protein, takde kolesterol.

BagusnyA. I ni lansung xde usaha nak mengurus. Last berat pangkal 6 -2019. Lepas tu dok la 73-74.ngan boncet, peha besar. Ilang 15 kg, bahagia idup.

Meols speku laki sheols ada diabetes. Biasa nya orang sakit diabetes ni nak kawal penyakit jd makin teruk, mmg akan amalkan gaya hidup sihat, kurangkan pengambilan nasi & makanan bergula. Kawan meols ada sakit kencing manis kebanyakannya dah kurus.

Klu lepak gitu la u.. mmg cheat day punya.. hari2 excercise u minimum 10 minit.. walaupun malas sgt pon.. mkn kena rajin skit kira kalori.. klu x kira,i akan byk sgt sbb jnis suka mkn.. klu lapar sgt2 mkn buah sejuk2 n minum air msak byk especially mlm la sbb mlm ni klu mkn cepat buncit klu i..ni pon x kurus lg ???? pinggang 34 inci baru dr 42.. asal 27

I rendah ,80 kg tu mmg lebar sgt dh,,sana sini mengata sbb xpernah cecah 8 seumur hidup.. so kena la diet skit

yg xmakan nasik lgsung ni kalau p kenduri dan open hs amik ulam2 dan buah limau sunkist je ke..serius nak tahu sbb sis kalau mendiet pon kdg terkandas kalau p kenduri

U buat eat clean. Cut off sugar, diary & gluten ka?

I nak turun 10-12kg macam tu..tak nak kurus sangat..

First step tu nak kena cut off sugar...
mencabar betulll...

I ni dah la ada alergic...memang kena cut off sugar, gluten & diary..
kalau tak susah nak baik...tapi nafsu makan tu...

Memang seksa nak turunn..umur makin meningkat..kadar metabolisme rendah..
Dulu zaman muda melantak nasi 3 pinggan sehari berat maintain 47-48kg..

Untung orang yang beranak pinak yang jenis kadang lepas bersalin perut pun tak nampak..

kak...tolak air manis memang cepat sangat turun...tak caya boleh cuba..

cuba cut off air manis sebulan..nasi makan 1 senduk pun ok
kurang makanan bergoreng dan tolak semua makanan yang ada gluten..

tapi sayya takk kkuaaddd

Eat clean sekali sekala je..xsesuai dgn tekak.. diet kalori u.. ikot bmr dcr badan kita.. pastu senaman.. klu dpt minum air kosong je lg bgus.. bykkan sayur klu boleh..gitu jela mampu.. sebulan target 1-2 kg je
