Many a times people say they don't mean to do the things they did...don't have intention of causing hurt to others and yet they did it anyway. Is this double talk or plain bad breeding or ...what else..?

sebab reaksi & persepsi setiap orang tak sama... cara penerimaan terhadap sesuatu pun tak sama... cara kita melihat, mendengar, bercakap, merasa & berfikir pun tak sama... cara kita memahami & menghalusi sesuatu itu pun tak sama... tahap & kestabilan mental-emosi-sensitiviti-rasional setiap orang pun tak sama...

ada sesuatu perkara yg bagi kita kecik je, ada jugak yg anggap biasa2, tapi mungkin ada orang lain yg anggap perkara tu sangat la besar... camtu jugak sebaliknya...

ada orang yg sedar & sengaja... ada orang yg sedar, tapi tak sengaja... ada yg tak sedar & tak sengaja... & ada jugak yg dah memang sejak azali dah jenis yg tak sedar kecuali disedarkan; & ada jugak jenis yg tak sedar diri...

That too may be categorised. Why do they do it? Don't they know what it means to say they love someone? Don't they understand that loving someone is also having a commitment to the relationship   Father/son, hubby/wifey....... etc

Seperti kurangnya pengetahuan atau perasaan tentang subjek.....menyebabkan ia mengambil tindakan tanpa penelitian keatas perbuatan sendiri. Satu lagi dia terburu-buru membuat sesuatu tindakan.......mungkin ia masih terlampau emotional. Yang kurang pengetahuan boleh belajar lagi tentang selok-belok membuat plan tindakan. Kalau uang emotional tu apakah harapan yang ada?

sebab itu sabar sangat penting, sebab itu sabar sebagian dari iman, sebab itu 'berkhalwat' penting i.e solitude

seems to me setiap individu mesti ada 'auto' relax technique once emotion 'kicked in'

misal pada satu kapel, bila salah soang overwhelmed by EMOTION, the other has to bring the partner 'back on earth'

i think every person MUST PRACTICE how to be 'cool' in order to overrule emotion but it is very hard because nobody loves to see paradise on earth vanished

to REALISE dream in reality is a hard job, u need EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE but we mostly bothered with IQ

u cannot simpy wish this or that so the result would be a happy one for ur whim or the others

most WORDS have two meanings i.e ways of lying about something that u prefered not to be told

just simply looking at the movement of the eyes u can tell somebody is lying or not , either the person is creating imagination (stories or excuses) or the person is accesing his memory stock, this is NLP

when u have the power to do aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanything(with emotion), it is very hard simply to do NOTHING (the most powerful of all power)

Benar, kita harus punya cara untuk mententeramkan diri SEBELUM membuat sebarang tindakan. Biasanya saya ambil nafas dendalam buat beberapa ketika...elok untuk melebihkan oksigen pada otak.....barulah darah tak meluru upstairs

when ppl's overcome by emotions, they tend to say things (bad things) that they dont really mean.
so, when u r in anger, (bak kata nabi ke sapa tah), if u r standing, sit down
if u sit down, lie down
if u lie down, remember god and the other's good deeds to you.

dont say things that u wld regret when u r in anger.
keep yr mouth shut.
