Berat asal i dulu lam 88 - 90kg.. I start jage mkn & do workout drop plg lowest i penah capai was 58kg,

Then tingtong2 injured sme now last i na5ek scale last week was 64kg...

Kena start losing weight.. My ideal weight shud be around
50-55kg je..

wow! byknyer turun.....more than 30kgs.....i think now stakat nak turun 14kg takde masalah for u lah....i rasa bila kita dah smp ideal weight susah skit nak turun berat....

em, becoz kaki I still lagi tak berapa nak oke..

I suka jugak walking time balik keja..
since office ngan umah lebey kurang 5km je, dalam seminggu 2-3 kali I akan try jalan kaki dari opis ke umah..
depends on cuaca jugak.. tapi route yang I follow nie kadang tak selamat..
jalanraya dekat M'sia nie plaks tak berapa mesra pejalan kaki.. tue yang jadi masalah sket.. udara KL pon tak lah berapa nak bersih.. orang-orang yg bwk keta / motor kdg-kdg hon jugak sebab nampak kite ngan berbaju kurung pakai sport shoes siap ngan towel & botol air.. tapi wat derk je la..

last year masa start kes-kes simbah asid tue yang jadi fobia sket.. masa tue plaks gigih training untuk join SC KL MARATHON.. sebabkan abes keja selalu lambat, so I amek cara training jalan kaki jela.. atleast stamina takde lari sangat..

rendu plaks bila ingat-ingat balik.. uhuhuhuh..

   jgn stress...lebih kurang la berat sy 77kg.. tapi 4 bulan lepas 83kg... dlm proses turunkan berat badan lagi nie..
baca blog nie utk permulaan..amalkan kan pasti berat anda akan turun

    iols tak join pom dami.. hehehe..
tah laa.. tahun nie memang out abes bab endurance nie..
lebey concern pada weight training..

nie charity event je dami.. so jalan jalan just for fun..
5km takde la semput.. kalau jalan beramai-ramai lagi la rase fun sangat..
sambil-sambil tue ley cuci mate..

iols penah masuk last year punya charity walk under KORDEL'S.. yg tue 7KM..
join dgn member.. kitorang jalan lenggang-lenggang sampaikan setiap stesen / KM's dok posing amek gamba..
so takde rase penats lgsung..

kalau ade geng, ajak-ajak la join.. rase nye still open lgi kot.. cer try usha webby tue..

lama tak naikkan umah sendiri
2 bulan nie hidup hura hara sgt..hectic + stress
makan banyak + aktif= berat naik baik maintain
tak gemuk tak kurus
semalam 1 mac bermula dgn azam baru

my update for yesterday
bfast= neslo, vadai , karipap(not that healthy)
lunch = nasi ayam
WORKOUT= 10 minutes cardio jump+ 2 sets of ZUMBA...terharu sgt dpt gak workout
dinner= kembali ke pangkal jalan..2 pieces of breakthru bread+ tuna
supper= kantoi makan yong tau fu ckit

salam ladies.. mencelah sikit yer.jom kwn2 masuk bootcamp i bukan promo tu tau.pernah join 3 kali pas2 cabut.bru cadang2 nk join balik tapi penat tau.serius mcm dlm cite kat astro tu yg kuruskan badan tu lah adoi lupeplak name die ... tapi mmg penat.skrg baru  nk carik kwn2 yg sanggup nk kurus same2
