nk tanya, dpt few offer dr bank:

1. muamalat 90% blr 2.4 - 40yrs
2.affin 100%blr 2.3 - 1st 10yrs;  2.2 balance - 45 years
3.mbb 100% blr 2.4 40 years
4.rhb blr 2.45 - 35 yrs

aku berminat w affin tapi kwn2 ckp affin slow sikit drg advise mbb, sesape ada experience tak? nk mtk pandangan dan nasihat, sbb lawyer dh kol nk sign snp tapi still tgh decide nk pilih bank mana?

kalo umah 220k, lawyer fee dlm 2.2k

tapi ada kos2 lain la yg akan dicharge, contohnya kos stamp ...

kalau u beli rumah daripada developer & developer kata legal fee for S&P free, maksudnya u x perlu bayar legal fee utk S&P pada lawyer yang attend S&P tu. U mungkin cuma bayar disbursement je, tu pun minimum. Tapi u still kena bayar legal fees pada u nyer loan lawyer.
kalau beli sub-sale (u beli atas orang), u kena bayar dua2, S&P & loan. X de free kat mana2 pun

nk tanya freehold & leasehold? setahu saya kalo beli umah yg freehold untung, tapi kenapa ada org ckp leasehold untung sbb nnt harga tanah naik?

rumah yg sy beli ni still atas nama pemaju (blom pecah tanah). so, kena tunggu pemaju tkr nama tu owner & pastu owner tukar pada sy. lawyer kata amik masa dlm  1 tahun..betul ke?aduii x dptlah nak masuk umah b4 raya tahun ni.
betul tak tindakan sy x byr habis legal fees until rumah tu dah ditkr kepada nama sy?

untuk pengeluaran KWSP bagi pembelian rumah, apa dokumen yg diperlukan?berapa amaun yg boleh kita kuarkan sbb ada yg kata semua..ada yg kata 10% dari harga rumah & berapa lama tempoh pengeluaran?
