sbb bosan?
1) wat design,tp pkai wat je ikot ckp supervisor.tak tau apa2.tak sempat nk study sbb tekejar2.tiap2 hari drawing nk kna bg kt production
2) supervisor suka kalo sentiasa ada dpn mata dy.kadang2 bila trun yard,dy potpet2.folo je apa yg dy suruh.
3) mebi sbb pucca sorang je malay.yg len sepet.so apa yg dyorg congceng2 tak paham.
4) rasa susah nk improve diri kt sini |

harkk pun keje ngn majoriti chinese..tp so far xde masalah sgt..mcm my bos, lagi muda dr hark..cara kje mmg pantas..kalo dia ajar, di expect kita cpt tangkap apa yg dia ajar..and kalo tak faham, tanya..otherwise kalo dia marah, mmg dia marah dpn2 org..mmg sakit jiwa..now da almost 3 tahun kje kat opis ni..and masih lagi enjoy keje kat sini..kalo xnk cpt bosan, kena buka hati utk blaja bnda2 baru..x kisah la kalo bkn bidang kita pun..my bos slalu pesan, org x bole amik knowledge yg ada pada kita..tp kalo kita share knowledge yg kita ada bkn makin berkurg, tp makin brtmbah..

Design tank.bosan la wat keje tak tau apa2. Basic bole la. Dah la kna guna software yg x pnah pkai.mintak hanta training guna software tu,taknak hanta.suruh bljr sendiri.hurmmm..... |

ye la kan.. i pn cuba nk btahan. hari2 g kja n blk kja bca doa semoga dipermudahkan n kurang stress. ok la sikit kn. i sorang je admin. semakin hri semakin btmbh kja. boss3 sepet.  |

Rasa stres skit sbb design kna wat.keje2 kerani pn kna wat jgk.documentation harap iols sorang je.rasa cam bek jd document controller je.

tips aku mudah jer.....make your job interesting.....tak kira lah ko kerja aper, make it interesting.....make time to learn new things....tak faham, tanya immediate supervisor....be in the know of your work....jgn main buat jer, tapi taktau aper yg berlaku....also be in the know what is goin on and about your work... |
