salam..aku xtau tread ni dh da ke x..da search rsenye xde lg kot..hihi
cte dia mcm ni..aku dpt interview jawatan juruteknik je kt mbpj..so aku nk tye la korang sllunye penemuduga tu tnya ape ek..aku penah dapat dulu skli..tp xde rzki..harap2 yg ni dapat la,,aku nk prepared ape..buntu r..ade sape2 x yg kje juruteknik..aku nk taw scope kerja mcm mne..sbb mse aku itw dulu aku silap jwb..terus pengarah tu mrh2 aku..garang giler kot..tlg la ye spe2 yg bleh bntu aku..

kalo dia tanya cemana nak troubleshoot short curcuit, jgn plak ko jawab cara2 nak buat kuih semprit.. mmg dia takkan amik ko keja la..

nanti aku tanya kat bod kerjaya kalo dah dpt grinlait aku pindah sana.. btw sape2 kat sini ada somi keja juruteknik/enjiniar leh la bagi jawpan bocor..

in the meantime aku try search "juruteknik" kat board kerjaya.. ni search result dia.. mebi ko leh try click ya.. moga berjaya insyaAllah..

apa yg ko jawab sampai kena marah tu?

kalo ko fresh grad slalu interviewer akan tanya soklan2 berkaitan subjects yg ko blaja masa kat uni/kolej. pastu ada la soklan IQ yg ko kena settlekan. dan yg paling penting is ATTITUDE...
1- jgn la nak merapu benda yg ko xreti.... buruk sgt hoccay bila org yg xreti ni buat2 reti dan merapu. rasa nak pang jah
2- kena positive. xreti ckp xreti tp ckp u r willing to learn kalo diberi peluang.
3- ckp kena confident. tp jgn over-confidence..........
4- bila interviewer tanya soklan technical, kalo ko tau, jwb sampai interviewer tu kata stop. jgn pulak sepatah tanya sepatah jawab. last2 interviewer tu yg explain kat ko
5- be yourself.... toksah dok berlakon sgt kot.....
6- senyum lah skit... jgn sampai kerang busuk. sedap skit mata nak memandang.
7- pakaian senonoh.... jgn pakai jeans koyak, selipar...... walaupun pun ko tau kat tmpt tu org pegi keja pakai jeans hati2

byk dh aku merapu, ko pegi PP sana.... byk dh thread mcm ni. ni semua tips mintak keja kat private, hehe aku xtau la kalo kat gomen ada kisah kiss-ass masa interview tu

...kebetulan...baru minggu lepas aku pi interview...hehehehe...and this coming 8 august im going for the second interview...from the first interview...aku dah dapat agak yang they want me...cos dorang siap cakap they will prepare a salary package yang they would want to offer me...pastu...masa interview tu...the deputy director siap suruh the HR personel yang sama2 interview aku tu to offer me a slightly senior post dari apa yang aku actually applied...

...semalam...the deputy director called me and let me know yang the director sendiri would like to interview me on this coming 8 august...according to her...the director would like to offer me a managerial position instead of apa yang aku applied...u see...i applied to be a clinician...tapi dia nak aku jadi manager...but the problem is...aku hate managerial post...which is what i am now lah...sebab tu bila aku applied for a job here aku mintak something different...teaching position...cos aku minat teaching...lagik pon...the manager post tu kena ada degree dalam bidang tersebut...which i do not have...but apparently...they say that it is ok...suruh aku accept the managerial post and they will sponsor me for the degree later on...

...my advice to u...bila datang for the interview...always be punctual...at least 30 mins earlier cos they might want to go thru your resume...credentials and certificates...always bring along the original documents/certificates dan jangan lupa buat salinan of all those certs yang ko nak submit to them...place them nicely in a presentable file and give it to them for their perusal...jangan lupa jugak to dress smart and neat...and always put on your best smile...

...bila dipanggil masuk tuk temuduga...mulakan dengan ucapan selamat pagi atau petang dan sebagainya...introduce yourself to them sambil hulurkan tangan ko berjabat salam...be honest and be yourself...dont be too arrogant sangat...jangan cakap besar walaupon ko ada pengalaman yang luas...it is always good to be humble...walaupon rasa gementar...cuba to hide that feeling...so ko kena cuba menjawab soalan mereka ngan penuh confident...

...some of the common soalan yang mereka suka tanya is the reason u leave your present job or kalau ko sedang menggangur...they will ask the reason ko berhenti kerja kat tempat lama ko...now...walaupon ko benci tempat kerja lama ko tu...ataupon your ex majikan...jangan sekali2 ko memburuk2kan company dan boss ko itu...cakap jer yang peluang tuk ko further enhanced your career amat limited...dan u want to seek more challenging responsibilites and opportuniites...in short...dont ever talk bad about your past employer...ianya takkan memberikan gambaran yang baik tentang diri ko...

...be honest with your capabilities...jangan bila diinterview semua ko cakap ko boleh buat...but bila dah diberikan kerja tu...satu benda pon ko tak tau buat...and be realistik ngan the salary scale yang ko mintak...kalau mereka offer ko gaji yang rendah sedikit daripada apa yang ko harapkan...jangan cepat sentap...ko lihat dan teliti dulu what other benefits or allowances yang mereka offer to u...kalau benefits baik...ada eloknya jugak ko pertimbangkan offer mereka...

...macam aku...siang2 mereka dah explain kat aku yang the position which aku applied nie agak rendah sedikit daripada my current position...dan sudah tentu jugak gajinya turut lebih rendah...pada aku...its not a big issue sangat cos aku tau my limitations...but...alhamdulillah...despite kekurangan aku...mereka willing to offer me a better position daripada apa yang aku applied for...

...the only problem now...how am i going to break the news of me resigning to my boss??...

have you heard of the term OUTSOURCING???????? They are lots of companies out there that you can engage to have your CV done for you......among others......
