kampeni aku rank no 1 dlm Fortune 500 kategori IT Services....tapi tak masuk pon dlm list 30 Best Companies in Malaysia

kalau tengok list, takkan ada tobacco or liquor companies in the list, padahal those companies offer better benefits and compensation compared to the above...

and surprisingly, many of my friends who are currently working in "so called" top 30 companies have opposite opinion..;)

Ranking factors are determined by: company size (turnover), reputation in industry, compensation & benefits, environment & culture (employee survey), Best Employers award winners and Fortune ranking.

maybe the list is a bit outdated...Shell sekarang tengah re-organizing the whole IT - nak outsource..so, ada impact kat employees..

IBM Malaysia is no longer kat Taman Tun...dah pindah..ada shared services...struggling to compete with others, quite ok after few banks outsourced their IT to IBM...
60% of the IT employee from banks rejected to join IBM support desk during the roll-out of outsourcing...

DHL baru start dengan shared services...this concept gives low cost to company (hire fresh grad/junior) but turnover is high..

HP Malaysia become top since they moved their call center to Malaysia...but the culture is not popular since you hardly know people even sitting few meters from you....

The above notes are based on my experience and survey did by myself together with HR consultant (for hiring and salary scale = to determine the Hay Points)...

list ni dah berubah. last 2 years ago ExxonMobil was on top of IBM. Sekarang IBM dah outrank ExxonMobil.
