kalo tekanan mental-ianya terbahagi ke dua,eustress and distress .. satu tekanan mental apabila kamu berasa sangat tertekan kerana perkara negatif..dan satu sebaliknya..

selain tekanan itu,terdapat juga tekanan atmosfera..tekanan separa..vapour pressure,yg boleh disukat ngan rumus,prinsip bernoulli,charles digunkan untuk menerangkan tekanan tersebut..

pada along...tekanan boleh beri dua impak yg berbeza...kejayaan bilamana kita akan lebih berusaha bila kna pressure...dn sebaliknya boleh datangkn perasaan sakit hati, jiwa dn perasaan....bila minda kita dh sakit...macam2 penyakit pulak datang menyerang..(darah tinggi la pulak..)

Tekanan.....pressure..........when  physical action/decision is not in line with actual feeling/conscience...............it's like the brain says one thing and the heart says another. So there is this internal conflict between reason and feeling................

Tekanan berlaku untuk membolehkan manusia belajar untuk menangani sesuatu situasi dengan lebih cepat tetapi tepat. Jika tidak ditangani dengan bijak, hasilnya menjadi tidak seberapa tetapi dengan ketenangan dan pengalaman, jawapan yang sebenarnya menjadi lebih mudah ditemui berbanding dengan keadaan biasa yang menyebabkan manusia tidak fokus. Contohnya seseorang yang bukan atlet tetapi dapat melompat pagar yang tinggi ketika anjing mengejarnya ....

betul tu... under pressure, humans can impressively do things they usually aren't capable of. but that's a positive pressure, how about when someone got pressured & reached their limit then burst out of rage... scary!

    * How to develop good stress-management techniques

    * When to seek professional help
