I've found something new to share with all of you....

Pernah dengar tak Juice Fast???

taun2 lps(2005) cya(celcom youth ambassador) sekolah sy ada buat projek lebih kurang mcm ni..pas2 siap ade penceramah dtg bagitau khasiat jus nih..pas2 try mmg bes..siap soh mak beli juicer..pas2 br prasan kalo kte makan buah,contohnye 2 epal dah rase byk sgt..pdhl kalo buat jus 2 carrot n 2 epal br dpt segelas..pas2 minom jus jek dh kenyang!

Betul Wawa, minum jus ni memang mengenyangkan dan sedap....
lama2 perut jadi kempis sebab usus dah sempit... nak makan banyak2 pun tak berdaya.... sesuai untuk orang nak kurus secara semulajadi... pure and natural

Jus ni seeloknya dibuat sendiri... sebab jus perlu diminum sebaik sahaja diperah... baru khasiat dia kekal dan segar....

However, i heard ada tempat yang provide fresh juice ni.. but you have to find out la...

Try la buat sendiri kat rumah...

memang betul tu... MK dah lama amalkannya.....

minum jus je tiap pagi dan kadang2 malam to replace MK punya dinner...

yang ni minum banyak2 pun tak pe....

senang nak buang air besar..

wat sendiri tu ngan buah apa yg paling baik?
pas minum tak yah makan kan . . elobratelah sket . .

macam interesting je....kiranya juice ni without any added sugar yer...tak kisah buah apa2 yerk?? tapi cam nak tau...apa beza dia kita makan buah tu itself ngan kita buat juice..

In brief....

1- take light meals, vegetables, fruits and drink lots of water ONE - TWO DAYS before you start juice fast...

2- during juice fast, drink your juice for BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER...
    there's no limit to how many glasses per day... as low as 8oz - 32oz per day...

3- drink a lot of water in between..

4- juice fast for at least 24hrs... boleh jugak 36hrs - one week....

5- breaking fast....
    - after completing your juice fast (whether at the end of 24hrs/one week), tak boleh la makan suka hati macam buka puasa tu....
    - eat moderately, take a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water....
    - the first/second day, makan bubur nasi dulu, kurangkan garam, gula dan bahan perasa....
    - by the time you have completed juice fast, you colon dah shrink and cant accept unreasonable amount of food....

6- you can juice fast for 24hrs-36hrs per week, or 1 week per month, or one month per year.... pilih la....
    lagi selalu buat lagi bagus.....


Actually you can try many kinds of recipes.... tengok la wats ur purpose.. whether for colon cleansing, detox, energy, etc....

Yes dear... no added sugar plz....

The difference makan buah n juice??? My question, you larat ke nak kunyah 2-3 kilo buah and sayur mentah satu hari??? :hmm:

Semuanya dlm english la manis... nanti saya cuba trace kat mana2 kalau ada dalam bahasa melayu.... buku2 kat bookstore pun dalam english...

mungkin sebab budaya minum jus tanpa gula ni masih asing di kalangan orang tempatan....

saya cuba cari ye... diharap dapat bersabar....
