Boleh di linkkan...tapi payah AND akan menimbulkan problems... especially bila nak access ke database lama... kena parse correctly dulu ke Access format. Berat juga gitu on the PC/Server. Also kalau fikir future, and who knows ko takde situ lagi, orang nak betulkan database akan pening nak mencari problem/error kat 2 separate database systems.
Best bet is convert the entire old database ke Access and guna Access 100%... headache sket sekarang lagi baik dari pecah paler later. |

*Ouch* kalau database besar, Access memang tak mampu... and cayalah, dari experience aku, akan slow giler bila lebih 50,000.
Ko takleh maintain yr current database system ke? BTW, apa current database system ko? |

hmmm..aku kije it dept sebuah hotel 5 stars kat kl neh....so biasenye laa kan mane2 hotel besar pakai system fidelio...from france kire database support system la....kire system neh merangkumi semo data guess yg penah chcek in kat sini since opening tuh yg 1st table sampai 900 000 over data...tuh pon yg backup bkn real-time punye data...x berani dol nak usik yg real-time 2nd table guess yg ade in house....so skrg fidelio neh x leh wat query....so aku link ke access...create query based on 2 table neh....skrg aku nak wat interface baru pakai access..kalo guess tu in house...staff bole tngk pic guess tuh mcm mane...kire sng laa...utk memantapkan lg service....aku da try wat query...walopon lmbt tp kire bejayalaa.skrg masalahnye dr query tuh mcm mane aku nak design interface baru eh???bengong gle daa neh.... |

Ok... problem is utk sesiapa nak design new GUI tu is dia kena tau exactly apa data ko nak input/output. Payah sket aku nak tolong sini cos I'll need to tengok apa yg ko buat.
Aku suggest kalau ko sendiri takleh buat GUI tu, ko hire orang lain utk buat tu. |

GUI=Graphical User Interface.
Bila ko lepas buat query tu, dia akan kuarkan result... results tu akan di pampanglkan kat GUI ko... and also dari GUI tu user boleh input query lain (textboxes, buttons, etc). |

MS-Access tutorial
There is a free Microsoft-Access Tutorial (version 2.4, August 2007) that allows you to construct many of the user interfaces in the book. It covers database creation; user interfaces with windows, menus, etc.; database queries; and advanced user interfaces with Visual Basic. Download the file and print it on both sides of A4 paper. The figures from the tutorial are available as Access PowerPoint slides. There is also a free Visual Basic Reference card (version 2007). Download the file and print it in colors on both sides of an A4 sheet, landscape mode. Fold it along the middle.
Some readers of the Access tutorial have asked for a demo version of the hotel system. I have made the first functional prototype available: hotel system (for Access 2000 and 2003). Right-click the link and save the target somewhere on your local disk. Then open it from there. As a typical prototype, it has many clumsy solutions made in panic. One of the differences from the Access tutorial is that the prototype database doesn't contain a tblRoomType. After making the prototype, I experimented with Access to find the clean solutions explained in the Access tutorial.
Soren Lauesen retains the copyright, but allows restricted copying for non-profit distribution. It is a condition that the source and copyright notice are preserved on all the material.

saya ada kemusykilan mengenai protection document dlm excel 2003.. dlm word 2003 kalo kite nak protection document dr di copy n paste n edit kite amik tool n pilih protect document, n then kat bahagian editing restriction kite pilih filing forms..tp untuk excel bagaimana nk buat mcm tu ye nk protect document dr di copy? |
