It is a common mistake to run an oil-lubricated crusher with contaminated lubricant (used oil, dirty oil). Ignoring the maintenance of the lubrication system, dust can invade the lubrication system and contaminate the lubricant.
When the dirty oil flows over the bearing surface in the rock crusher for sale, it abrades the bearing surface like an abrasive, causing serious wear of the bearing components and excessive bearing gaps, resulting in unnecessary replacement of expensive crusher components. Lubrication system maintenance inspection, inspection or repair must include at least the following steps: Monitor lubricant temperature, pressure, check the lubricant tank return strainer, adhere to oil sample analysis plan, maintain and maintain rock crushing machine respirator.
It is important to observe the horizontal axis lubricant pressure during each shift. Some factors that may cause the lubricating oil pressure to fall below normal levels are: abrasion of the lubricating oil pump leads to a reduction in pump displacement, a failure of the main safety valve, improper setting or jamming, or abrasion of the bushing causes an excessively large gap in the bushing inside the crusher. Monitoring the horizontal axis lubricating oil pressure per shift helps to understand what is the normal oil pressure, and when abnormalities occur, appropriate corrective measures can be taken.
