*Tepung gandum
*Cili blend
*Udang kecik @ ikan bilis tumbuk kasar
*Bwg besar dihiris
*Serbuk kunyit+serbuk ikan bilis
*Garam+gula secukup rasa
*Telur sebiji
*Air suam
Cara²nya
Masukkan tepung gandum(agak2 padan ngn bhn2 lain ya)isi jagung,bwg besar dihiris,udang(nk guna ikan bilis pn blh)serbuk kunyit,garam,gula,serbuk ikan bilis skit,cili kisar(nk guna cili kering tumbuk kasar pn blh ikut selera sendiri)telur sebiji.Bancuh adunan jgn terlalu pekat atau cair.Masuk air sikit2 agak2 senang kita nk jemput guna tgn ya.Pastu grg cucur guna myk byk api sederhana ya.Mkn cicah ngn sos cili mmg sedap ????

KUEY TEOW GORENG CHINESE STYLE ????????

Bahan-bahan
(A)
1/2 kg kuey teow
3 biji telur - pukul hancur sahaja
(B)
5-7 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
Udang dan sotong jika suka
minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
(C)
1/2 sdm sos tiram
1/2 sdt kicap cair
1sdt kicap pekat manis - Sue tambah
1/2 sdt kicap pekat - untuk warna sahaja
1/2 sdt pitis otak udang - Sue tambah
1 sdm sos cili - Sue tambah
*Satukan sebati*
Tauge secukupnya
Daun kucai jika suka
Cara
1) Tumis bahan (B), bawang dahulu sehinnga kuning dan masukan udang. Biarkan sekejap sehinnga udang bertukar warna.
2) Kemudian masukan bahan (A) kuey teaw terlebih dahulu. Goreng sekejap sehingga minyak serap pada mee dan baru masukan telur. Biarkan sekejap sehinnga telur kering.
3) Kemudian masukan bahan (C) dan goreng lagi sehinnga sebati pada mee dan akhir sekali masukan tauge dan daun kucai. Goreng seminit dan tutup api.
*Penggunaan api mesti sedang besar supaya kuey teaw tidak hancur*
