DJ: "I'd like to meet a guy who'd make me go crazy with love for once. That's my wish. I go out on one date with one guy and he turns out to be a playboy. I think of liking another guy and he's married. There must be something wrong with my eyes. I can't see a man properly."
TB: "It's the men who have eye problems, for not seeing your worth."
DJ: "What's with you? Are you feeling sorry for me because I might get fired?"
TB: "I just spoke the truth. Why, does that make you feel bad?"

DJ: "Think about it from my point of view. I called because I was sorry, but you hang up immediately and say you'll call back later. But you don't call later. I call you but you don't answer. So I call you again, and a woman answers. The only thing connecting you and me together is the phone. So if you don't answer my calls, I don't know what to do. I don't know where you live or what you do. I don't know where I can go to meet you. Even if I'm curious, I can't go looking for you."
[Tae Bong walks away.]
DJ: "I missed you, jerk!!"

DJ: "Lately, I've been overeating these days because of stress."
TB: "That's because you're starved for affection. Your body overcompensates by trying to fill that void with food. You should eat moderately, move moderately, and excrete moderately."
So that's the motto DJ puts up on her refrigerator at the end. First, when she was trying to diet, it said, "Instead of regretting after eating, just resist before eating" and she changes it to TB's advice.

And finally, the ending scene:
Because Dal Ja admitted she missed TB, they break off the contract (violation of the rule that neither side will become attached for real). So when TB shows up at her apartment at the end, she's surprised to see him. He asks her to be his girlfriend for one month, under the same contract conditions. But he's made a couple alterations to the rules:

TB: "Simple physical contact is a basic service. If deeper skinship is desired, then it's allowed, according to the feelings of both parties. In the event that true feelings develop, then we'll try dating properly. What do you think? Not bad, right?"
DJ: "I'm 33 years old. A guy six years younger than me is asking to date. Oh. My. God."
