Agar² pandan santan

20 gm agar2
5 cawan air
1 cawan air daun pndan dari 3 helai daun pandan ..(blender)
1 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan gula pasir
2 biji telur..
Sedikit esen vanila
Sedikit pewarna hijau

Masak agar² .....setelah larut masukkn gula....biarkan sekejap..kacau..masukkn air daun pandan...kacau lagi...masukkn santan yg tlh diblend dgn telor...kacau lagi jgn brhenti....hingga menggelegak....perlahan kan api..masukkn esen vanila dn pewarna..kacau dn siap...masukkn dlm loyang atau apa² acuan...tggu sejuk masukkn dlm ais box...boleh poting siap dimakan....

slalu jumpa kat supermarket byk yg tulisan/jenama cina j ...

Selalu tengok ada tanda HALAL je kira on. Sebab biasanya chinese yg suka guna. Masakan melayu jarang guna. Biasa brand KNIFE. Tapi jangan beli minyak bijan yg biasa INDIAN buat masak dan mandi tu walau ada tanda HALAL. Sebab tak sedap dan baunya lain maciammmm.

Sedap kerabu kerang. Acik selalu buat campur taugeh dengan pucuk paku.

Kerabu mempedal pun sedap...salu buat guna kerisek kering

Mee goreng basah

Bahan2
Mee goreng 1 bungkus 400gram
Udang 20 ekor buang kulit
Fish cake 2 keping dihiris ikut suka
Sawi 50 sen potong2
5sb cili kering yg dah diblend dgn bwg putih & bwg merah
2sb sos tiram
4sb kicap manis
2sb cili sos
1sb kicap pekat
Air setengah cwn
Maggi cukup rasa
Minyak unk mengoreng

Cara2nya:
Panaskn minyak..
Tumis cili blend sehingga garing..
Masukkn segala jenis kicap manis, sos tiram dan cili sos..
Masukkn air...biarkan semua mendidih dan pekat..
Masukkn udang dan fish cake
Masukkn mee..baru masukkn kicap pekat..
Rasakn masin dia dah cukup ke belum..sbb dah msuk mcm2 jenis kicap dan sos..
Kalau tk cukup masin...masukkn lah maggi cukup rasa @ garam sedikit..
Last masukkn sayur dan tutup api..

AYAM BAKAR PERCIK

BAHAN-BAHAN AYAM
Ayam potong2 besar*
kunyit*
garam*
serbuk lada hitam*
PERAP SEBENTAR BAHAN BAHAN AYAM DI ATAS

BAHAN2 SAMBAL PERCIK
10tangkai cili kering
bawang besar 5 biji
bawang putih dua ulas
serai 5 batang(klw lebih lagi sedap)
halia sikit hiris nipis2
BLEND SEMUA BAHAN2 SAMBAL DI ATAS HINGGA HANCUR(AGAK2 KASAR SIKIT)

CARA2 MASAKNYE
Bakar ayam seperti biasa hingga masak
sementara itu tumis bahan2 sambal... masukkan garam,gula,madu,kicap sikit utk colour cantik...masak sehingga pekat...
selepas itu bolehla percik atas ayam yg sedang dibakar...sentiasa balikkan ayam takut hangus hehe sbb sambal tu dh masak ...
siap...

DAGING GORENG ALA THAI

1/2kg daging (hiris nipis)
(bersihkan ,tos kan air, masukkan dlm kuali rebus sehingga lembut dn kering air..ketepikan)

Bahan A:
3 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
4 biji bawng merah (hiris nipis)
1 sudu besar biji ketumbar (tumbuk halus)
1 sudu kecil lada hitam (tumbuk halus)

Bahan B:
2 sudu besar Nampla (sos ikan)
3 sudu besar kicap manis
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar serbuk cili (boleh tmbah jika nk pedas)

Bahan C:
Gula dan garam secukup rasa
1 sudu besar lime jus @ air limau nipis
1 sudu besar beras ( di sangai @ goreng tanpa minyak dn di tumbuk halus)
1 biji bawang besar (hiris halus )
Daun ketumbar di hiris
Cara-cara:
Panas kan minyak. Tumis bahan2 A shgga naik bau. Masukkan daging yg dh siap rebus td . Masukkan bahan2 B gaul sebati. Akhir sekli masukkan bahan2 C.
