Ye sama mcm puasa, tp puasa tak boleh minum IF boleh minum air kosong la, start la cth dr 7.30mlm esok nya pukul 1pm makan. Tp masa makan jgn la melampau seperti membalas dendam

puasa IF ni kena at least 16jam puasa, dan satu tahap akan plateau kita punya weight so kena tambah ke 18jam or 20jam utk berat bergerak turun.  once dah bergerak turun, boleh go back to 16hrs.  manakala puasa ramadhan kalau di malaysia biasanya 12-14jam, sbb kita kena bersahur dan berbuka, so kesannya mmg bagus tapi penurunan tak la mcm IF.  tapi kalau kita berpuasa ramadhan di negara 4 musim yang sampai 16-17jam, itu samalah mcm IF.

i pun buat IF+omad memang turun berkilo-kilo.. Tapi lately ni selalu buat IF je jarang buat omad.. Makan pukul 1PM and last makan pukul 5PM

haaaa....sorrrrrry kalau salah tanya...was just thinking how to make the most benefit out of it....by promoting it to be the real puasa but with the benefit that you can get from IF...of course still maintaining the 16-20 hours no food intake...

eh...no worries...saya cuma tgh rajin nak menulis, tu yang explain panjang lebar....actually you boleh je buat IF masa ramadhan or puasa sunat (kalau kat malaysia yang cuma puasa 12-14jam), masa bangun sahur tu you just minum air kosong je.  nanti you dpt lah pahala puasa and also dpt IF....imho....

Dah penah buat, ok mmg turun berat badan. Tapi apakan daya, diri ini suka makan. Jadi berpada2 jelah, Body gemok tapi jgn la giler2 punya obes. Sentiasa pegi checkup & makan vitamin yg doc sarankan. Hati pon gembira, mental pon turut gembira.

in reality....bila ko dah catu permakanan for a certain period of time......your body dah adjust to the new routine....so bila tetiba ko nak makan banyak...your body dah tak boleh terima....but if you force yourself...ko paksa jugak nak makan banyak....gradually your body will adjust balik.....so it is more on how you adjust your body to the routine yg ko nak....cabaran hanya memula tu je.....sbb body ko nak adjust bukan sekelip mata....banyak organ2 lain yg kena diselaraskan utk routine yg ko nak adopt tu.....once dah stabil all the system in your body...dah tak susah dah....

kalau ko dah dapat routine yg ko nak with your dream body weight....just continue with it....have some cheat day to reward yourself...and supaya kengkawan yg lepak ngan ko tak de la rasa dengki or menyampah ngan ko sbb terlalu taksub....and kita ada jugak kengkawan yg gebus who really enjoy food....tak nak la kecikkan hati diarang....by the way...cheat day eh...bkn cheat monthss....

Bila kita duk sorang mmg boleh kontrol tapi jika dikelilingi org2 yg suka makan cth suami dan anak2..suruh kita masak..lama2 terkeluar jugak dari rutin...tambah2 balik jenguk mak ayah..makanan mmg mewah..bnyk..mak masak macam2..ada je mereka akan ajak mkn sama begitu juga suami dan.anak2

booleh je sis...ko makan jangan laju....ko makan selowwwwwwwww je....kunyah lama sikit...so ko boleh habis makan sama ngan diarang walaupun ko amik sikit je....
