tapi ni tertib saya sebelum tidur

1.pakai ala-pemutih muka (15-20minit)skintific - kaler pink/hijau

1.makan ubat herba (betik+kunyit+dll)
ni ubat untuk awet muda, kurangkan sakit, kolesterol dll

2.ambik air wudhu (jadikan rutin)
boleh amalkan.. dah selalu buat kita akan jadi biasa

3.masuk tido
pejam mata/terjaga/tgok forum/tido/terjaga/tgok forum
