qimi08 Post at 7-2-2011 16:32 aku buat macam lain, aku guna ubi kayu yang segar dan aku parut halus...sama gak campurannya tapi aku tempek nipis kat tudung periuk lepas tu aku kukus, lima minit dah masak, aku keringkan, macam keringkan baju, sambil dia half keras pastu potong ikut selera sendiri..pastu jemur lagi sampai kering, then boleh simpan...bila-bila nak makan goreng aja |

PAIS IKAN KEMBUNG
Resepi - Kredit Blog NB
Bahan Bahan
6 ekor ikan kembung/tenggiri/cencaru
20 biji lada kering, direndam dengan air panas dan dibuang biji }5 ulas bawang merah }Dicincang 4 ulas bawang putih }
1 cm kunyit
2 batang serai dihiris halus (tak ada pun tak apa)
4 helai daun kunyit, dihiris halus-halus
1 biji kelapa.
Garam
daun pisang kalau tak ada guna foil
Cara memasak :
1. Campurkan semua bahan.
2. Ambil 1 ekor ikan dan gaul bersama kelapa dan bahan-bahan tadi.
3. Bungkus dengan daun pisang dan sematkan dengan lidi kelapa.
Pakai foil cuma tutup dan lipat sahaja
4. Ulang langkah 2 hingga habis.
5. bakar ikan sehingga masak ( 15-20 min) |

IKAN MASAK SZECHUAN
Resepi - Kredit Blog NB
Bahan-bahan
4 kelar ikan tenggiri/parang diperap dgn kunyit dan garam
2 biji bawang besar dipotong bulat
4 ulas bawang merah dihiris halus
2 biji bawang puting di hiris halus
2 sudu sos kicap
Sedikit Kunyit serbuk atau hidup (hidup)
Sedikit serbuk lada sulah/perasa
Sedikit air asam jawa
Air secukupnya
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-caranya
Panaskan minyak. Goreng ikan hingga masak. Angkat dan ketepikan
Panaskan sedikit minyak tadi dan tumis bawang dan bawang putih hingga wangi
Setelah wangi, masukkan ikan goreng tadi
Masukkan sos kicap dan air asam jawa secukupnya berserta dengan kunyit.
Masukkan cili, perasa dan bawang besar
Hidangkan dengan nasi yang panas.
(Biasanya di masak ketika perempuan di dalam pantang dan di letak sedikit lada hitam. Tapi orang yang tidak berpantang pun boleh makan. )

You will be brought to Shukri's own home which is a magnificent traditionally built Malay house standing in the forest on a hill with beautiful views to the sea beyond. Shukri will take you round the house garden to see, smell and feel many types of spices and leaves that have been used for generations in cooking Malay food. His own knowledge passed down through his family is a fascinating aspect of the whole cooking experience as he explains. Then you will be taken to the kitchen and take part in blending and making the cooking ingredients, adding to the meat and fish of the meal to come. Finally sitting down you will enjoy tasting and eating all of what you have helped in making those real dishes.
Shukri's fame in this field has led to a number of occasions when he has been televised ( TV3, Planet Food World Wide ) for his knowledge of all the herbs and spices traditionally found and his skill in both the preparation and his innate knowledge of the dishes of his heritage in Kedah.
Recently Shukri was flattered to be visited by a delegation of participants of The Annual World Gourmand Award, being held in Kuala Lumpur. The star guest was a world famous chef and author of cook books, together with her publisher from Paris. This was all covered by a television team for local TV. A fabulous meal was prepared with the traditional help of the local villagers. Laid out in the magnificent dining room, the guests were delightedly impressed at the great dishes and setting.
Cook with Shuk is a hands-on cooking programme for a minimum of two persons and a maximum of ten persons. If a larger group of up to 40 persons, a cooking demonstration of a Malaysian dish will precede the lunch or dinner function.
