Flood? Demographically impossible..what with the open knowledge that everyone knows that your level of education will determine your career path in the SAF...most wouldnt even dream of signing on..plus that the regimentation and rigours of military life will appeal only to a small percentage of the population. In regards to the sensitive vocations opening up, its just a matter of time..but definitely a flood is out of the question.. |

In the Sg Army, there are lots of Malays serving in infantry vocations (both in SIR and Guards). It means that Malays already serving in machine gun unit since infantry must use machine guns (light, GPMG and HMG). Of course when it comes to war, SG Malay soldier would be operating all kind of weapons they had. |

i know that... the reason why i wrote about that is to refer to LKY infamous speech or dialogue many years ago about the reason for not having sg malays as high ranking officers in the forces and the risk of putting them on machineguns fighting enemy who may be their malay brothers..... try google or ask your singaporeans friends, they will be able to tell. may be our singaporeans forumners can helps.... this will surely please those "they"... lol |

Division bukan daerah, tapi lebih kepada unit besar. Selalunya dlm divisyen ni ada tiga briged dan setiap satu briged ada tiga batalion infantri + unit2 sokongan (armor, artileri dan lain2). Memang ada istilah daerah tentera tapi x banyak negara pakai. |

Hence why my earlier statement berbentuk kias dan sindiran..cuz they'll never allow it to happen.
As for having more Chins and Indians in the ATM,why not? Thru the years they have proved their worth and loyalty to the country.Remember,we are a multi racial multi cultural country..it is what makes Malaysia such a success. |

I think we have all erred in thinking that being Malays, the SAF Malays will not fire on their MY nrethrens. We also mistakenly think that Indons infantry, being our Malay brother-what not, also will not bring to harm to us. However history have shown that being Malays or not, when putting the uniforms and colors of respected countries, they will do what necessary and when ordered to..make no mistake abt this |

Aku nak tanya, salahkah buat posting pasal Jen Melayu pertama SAF sampai ada yg membahasakan kaum tertentu dri negara tertentu sebagai lembu dan mengatakan mereka tak paham pasal meritokrasi? Kalau posting membela namewee pasal lagu modified Negaraku yg terang2 menghina azan dan tudung masih kekal dlm bod C.I atau L.P ngape x boleh cerita pasal BG Ishak ni dibukak? Mana tagline "masuk sini berforum untuk tambah ilmu" yg dilaung-laungkan tu? Suka hati tuan punya thread le nak bukak topic camni bukannya dia mintak duit sesapa nak bayar bil internet! |
