If you have read the passages involved, you would realise that there was no talk of a physical person at all. Not only have yu shown us that yu have not followed the thread, yu also showed us that yu never read the passages involved. |

I think yu guys are very stupid. The Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit.
Muhamad doesn't fit the description at all. Even if the Holy spirit did not come to mankind which He did, Muhamad still does not fit into John 15 and there is therefore no ancient scriptures that prophesied the advent of muhamad no matter how yu twist and turn. Muhamad just had no authority to back up his claims of prophethood.
Fine fine.
You can bla bla this and bla bla that, but......
What your Holy Spirit speak to you about the 'many things'...?
He can speak Debmey, The Holy Spirit can speak....remember..? |

Those unto whom We gave the Scripture recognise (this revelation) as they recognise their sons. But lo! a party of them knowingly conceal the truth.
(146) It is the Truth from thy Lord (O Muhammad), so be not thou of those who waver. (147) (2:146-147)
the meaning of this verse is, recognising Prophet Muhammad SAW as he is mentioned in Torah and Bible.

We verily gave Moses the Scripture; so be not ye in doubt of his receiving it; and We appointed it a guidance for the Children of Israel. (23)
And when they became steadfast and believed firmly in Our revelations, We appointed from among them leaders who guided by Our command. (24)
Lo! thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. (25)
(32:23-25)
Al-Quran was given to Prophet Muhammad, like the other Prophets that were given scriptures.

The modification of Torah
Have ye any hope that they will be true to you when a party of them used to listen to the word of Allah, then used to change it, after they had understood it, knowingly? (75)
And when they fall in with those who believe, they say: We believe. But when they go apart one with another they say: Prate ye to them of that which Allah hath disclosed to you that they may contend with you before your Lord concerning it? Have ye then no sense? (76)
Are they then unaware that Allah knoweth that which they keep hidden and that which they proclaim? (77)
Among them are unlettered folk who know the Scripture not except from hearsay. They but guess. (78)
Therefore woe be unto those who write the Scripture with their hands and then say, "This is from Allah," that they may purchase a small gain therewith. Woe unto them for that their hands have written, and woe unto them for that they earn thereby. (79)
(2:75-79)
And believe in that which I reveal, confirming that which ye possess already (of the Scripture), and be not first to disbelieve therein, and part not with My revelations for a trifling price, and keep your duty unto Me. (2:41)
And when there cometh unto them a scripture from Allah, confirming that in their possession - though before that they were asking for a signal triumph over those who disbelieved - and when there cometh unto themthat which they know (to be the truth) they disbelieve therein. The curse of Allah is on disbelievers. (2:89)
These verses say that The advent of Prophet Muhammad and his characteristics are mentioned in Torah.

to the nonbelievers..
whom rejecting al-Quran...when we present to you the Quranic verses....
Allah SWT said,
And when it is said unto them: Believe in that which Allah hath revealed, they say: We believe in that which was revealed unto us. And they disbelieve in that which cometh after it, though it is the truth confirming that which they possess. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Why then slew ye the prophets of Allah aforetime, if ye are (indeed) believers? (2:91)
and to those who said that:
And they say: None entereth paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian. These are their own desires. Say: Bring your proof (of what ye state)if ye are truthful. (2:111)
And the Jews will not be pleased with thee, nor will the Christians, till thou follow their creed. Say: Lo! the guidance of Allah (Himself) is Guidance. And if thou shouldst follow their desires after the knowledgewhich hath come unto thee, then wouldst thou have from Allah no protecting friend nor helper. (2:120)
Allah is All-Knowing. Cheers.

kinki looks really confused. Doesn't he know that the Quran came from muhamad?
Muhamad prophesied his own coming and gave authority to himself?
What a lousy loser! |

Debmey's holy spirit still speechless about the 'many things'....huh.
Its a BIG NO NO if your holy spirit cannot says something about the 'many things', you know...
He can speak, not from me but Jesus said so.
You did mentioned that....."Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit".
Now....
1) - Oneness believer claimed god is one.
2) - But the Twoness claimed that god are The Father and The Son.
3) - Trinity on the other hand, claimed that god are The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit but one god.
And.....ALL OF THEM claimed that they were inspired by the true 'Holy Spirit' from god.
Deyy old-skool preacher.....didnt you smell somethin fishy around..? |

First of all, before you stray too far away, do you first admit that muhamad does not fit into John 14, 15 or 16?
We need to establish this before you jump to another topic. |

my bible not changed or twisted, it is yu muslims who selectievly took from it and tried to twist it so that muhamad can fit in sir.
So once we can establish that muhamad cannot fit into Bible prophecies, then we can move on. |

The Holy Spirit is The Holy Spirit.
It is a spirit, in which it was so 'holy' so that the 'spirit' fits the trinity doctrine.
Jesus once said that he wanna tell you alot of things(many things) but you peoples cannot fit to receive them.
Then he said when the 'holy spirit' (a christians believe) come, the spirit will teach you. (obviously to teach the 'many things' lah...what else.)
Old-skool preacher,
please tell to the people here......what the are the 'many things' in John 16:12...?
Maybe those days, the spirit did a 'marvelous' job in inspiring those 40 authors of the book. |
