• WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WIGGY PORTABLE MODEM AND DS-300 SHARED MODEM?
• WIGGY is designed for portability and personal on-the-go use, while the Home and Office plan with the DS-300 shared modem is designed for connection sharing at a fixed location.
WIGGY is USB-powered while the DS-300 shared modem requires a power outlet.
WIGGY has one plan only (12-month, up to 10Mbps) while the DS-300 shared modem Home/Office package has various plans to cater for different contract durations (12-month or 24-month), download speeds (400kbps, 1.2Mbps, 2.4Mbps) and usage (5GB, 20GB, 40GB).
• CAN I CONVERT FROM THE HOME/OFFICE PLAN TO WIGGY?
• No, you cannot. WIGGY is designed for on-the-go user while the Home and Office plans are designed for sharing an Internet connection with multiple users.
• IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF WIGGY PLANS I CAN SUBSCRIBE TO FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS?
• Customers can only subscribe to one (1) Personal plan. There is no limit for Business plans.
• WHAT IS THE PENALTY IF I WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT BEFORE IT ENDS?
• The early contract termination penalty fee is RM999. |

tak lerr memanjang dapt 1MB n above tpi lagi reliable dri stimix yg tak leh diharap tu...
W1 selow pon dapat gak donlod 30-40KB/s...klu stimix kat cnih plg tinggi pon 20-30KB/s je....
* tapi ada gak hari yg ribut kuat...connection hilang..dah jadi sekali arituh.. |

aha..wiggy yg portable modem pocketsize..tapi nmpk mcm besar sikit dri modem ygmasic/celcom guna
mungkin sebab bentuk die square bukan curvy.. |

klu stimix dapt gak 50kB/s tpi masalhnye line stimix lak yg problem..asyik DC..bukan sekejap berjam2.. |

upload speed pulak tak boleh di buat..
