ecam, u r doing masters in finance ye?? How's the course? m thinking of doing the same tapi my hubby said better mba than mif... what do u think. m in auditing line rite now..

actually masters aku mmg mba tapi major in finance.. still kena amik papers yg management in nature eg mgmt acct, orga. behaviour, strategic mgmt etc... tapi kena habiskan papers yg strictly finance in nature eg econometrics,investments, portfolios, derivatives, risk management & insurance bla bla

no offence tapi aku rasa mba is just too general... plus FRS skang nih dah mula menggila towards financial assets valuation and things like that...

yup... kalo x ko hanya buleh jadik finalist.. lepas 10 taun fr registration automatically u're considered failed acca.. kena start all over again.. but finalist r usually employable

leceh le buat due diligence ni.. either too much info atau too little.. dah la nak deal dengan lawyers, company officials, etc.. konon nak kena jaga secrecy itu-ini.. bod pulak sibuk nak tahu semua.. ye la, nak keluarkan duit banyak, mesti la nak an informed decision-making.. either way pun, susahkan diri aku betul..

on announcement pun buat study case ke? wow, aku memang tak reti kalau camni..

ooo.. kira macam due diligence la jugak ekk.. aku dok ingatkan report apa tadi.. dah announce nak beli lepas tu ada buat study case pulak atas announcement tu.. jangan lak announce tak jadi beli he he he.. habis market bergolak kembali..

ingatkan bebudak sc/bskl buat check ke apa ke konon misleading punya announcement, etc..
