Higashiyama, Ikuta co-star in two Mishima plays
Yukio Ninagawa (74) will direct two well-known Yukio Mishima plays next February. Both of them will star Shonentai member Noriyuki Higashiyama (44) and Toma Ikuta (25).
The two plays are "Madame de Sade" and "My Friend Hitler." In a unique experiment, both will be performed on the same stage, using the same cast and set, despite the differences in story. "Madame de Sade" is set in 18th century Paris and tells the story of the Marquis de Sade through the perspectives of six women. "My Friend Hitler," on the other hand, is naturally set in Berlin during World War II.
"Madame de Sade" consists of only six female characters, while "My Friend Hitler" has only four male characters. In "Madame de Sade," Higashiyama has been cast as the Marquis de Sade's wife Renee, with Ikuta playing Renee's sister Anne. In "My Friend Hitler," Higashiyama plays the protagonist Ernst Rohm, opposite Ikuta as a young Hitler. The supporting cast (for both plays) includes Mikijiro Hira (76).
"Madame de Sade" and "My Friend Hitler" will be performed between February 2 and March 2 of next year at the Bunkamura Theatre Cocoon in Shibuya.

Arashi VS Tom Cruise & Cameron Diaz!
Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz who visited Japan to promote their movie, “Knight and Day”, will make an appearance on Arashi’s popular variety show “VS Arashi.”   The corner they will make an appearance on is “Rolling coin tower”, in which the guests and Arashi members confront each other to see how many coins they can pile on the rotating table.
Since this is the first time to welcome Hollywood stars as guests on “VS Arashi”, all members were extremely excited, especially, Sakurai Sho who is a big fan of Cameron.
The episode will be broadcasted on October 14th as a two hour special!

Arashi’s tracklist for next single “Hatenai Sora” revealed!
As reported earlier, Arashi will be releasing a new single titled, “Hatenai Sora” on November 10th, and the track list has been revealed. There will be limited edition and regular edition. The single will also be used as the theme song for upcoming drama, “Freeter, Ie wo Kau“, in which one of the members, Ninomiya Kazunari will star in (starting October 19th).

ni first time me posting kat sini sebelum ni hanya jadi silent reader saja dah lama rasanya me ikuti rumah ni dari 2007 rasanya masa me jatuh terpikat kat ARASHI ni
jadi nama2 yang biasa pada me Kittie, whitedove, Hana_Olijas, sizuka, amyhisashi, Aisyazurina, penggwin, lin0me............ (me tulis hanya beberapa nama)
yang banyak bagi infomasi update terutama TT. ( tertanya jugak dalam hati TT ni pandai bahasa jepun ke atau memang duduk kat sana? )

dia punya showmanship memang mavelos lah tu yg tangan ni gatai nak komen kat sini
masa nak last part tu..... me tengok macam air terjun jatuh kat belakang arashi ni............terkezut me biar betul dlm studio......... dah terpengaruh ngan konsert diaorang ni lah..... kan banyak pakai air bagai....
tapi rope2nye guntingan kertas kecik2 tu yang jatuh n datang beterbangan kat diaorang
memang me terpesona n terpegun lan dasat2 shomanship kat jepun ni ye....
patutpun dia org leh dpt sale ratus2 ribu ngan juta2.....

Arashi’s latest single sells more than 500,000 copies for the fourth time this year
Arashi’s latest single “Dear Snow” has already sold more than 501,000 copies, securing it’s number one debut on the weekly single charts for next week, reports Oricon.
The single was released last week on October 6, and is the 22nd consecutive number one the group has had since “PIKA★★NCHI DOUBLE”, which was released in February 2004. It also brings the total number of number one singles Arashi have had over their career to 29.
“Dear Snow” is the theme song to Kazunari Ninomiya’s feature film “大奥 (Ohoku)”.
Four out of Arashi’s five singles released this year have already sold more than 500,000 records in their first week: “Troublemaker” (released in March), “Monster” (released in May), “Love Rainbow” (released in September), and “Dear Snow” (released in October).
