nampak gaya ramai yg tak suka maybank .. maybank ni kena do something about all the complaints , dulu boley la belagak sebab ada maybank2u , sekarang ni dah macam bank ada online services , aku dulu ambik maybank pun pasal maybank2u, skrg ni nak switch to other banks la .. |

pegi pagi tadi nak update dividen...kaunter 10 bukak cuma 1 kaunter jer...customer punya ramai dok tekan nombor..plak tuh satu customer 10 minit...bayangkan...:@ mesra konon...staff lain kat kaunter sibuk dok sembang...kot yer pon nak relax settle la dulu orang yg tekan nombor berderet2 nih...hangin tol aku...dahler tgh sakit perut ....:@ :@ :@ |

Sib baik ader jumpa benang nih sb aku sesgttttttttttt la tak puas hati ngan service AMBank mangkuk Online.
Aku selalu transfer dr Maybank ke Ambank tetiap bulan supaya aku senang nk bayo loan keta n umah.
Nk bayo loan keta takder masalah, tp yg bengapnya Ambank nih, dah diorg letak deadline utk bayo loan umah ialah 1hb setiap bulan. So, aku expect diorg akan update dlm online account at least 1 week b4 1hb spy senang la aku bayo dan tak kena interest. Tapi, sampai sekarang account tuh hanya update selepas 1hb, so kena la aku bayo interest for nothing. Sakit tol hati aku....baik takyah wat online mcm tuh, dah kena transfer dr maybk kena bayo rm2 ni plus interest yg patut aku leh elakkan. bengong tol! :@ :@ |

Aku duduk Puchong. Bank yg paling palat ialah RHB. Ada 2 branch paling hampir ngan umah. Satu dlm IOI, satu lagi dlm Tesco. Dua2 lembap nak mampus. Yg IOI tu dah la parking kena bayar. Kalau nak berurusan, tak pakai nombor walaupun mesin no. ada. Staff kat counter ada 2 org je. Tak tahulah sama ada staff dia or system dia yg lembap. Kena habiskan paling kurang sejam kalau ko beratur dlm barisan yg keenam. Kaat Tesco pun sama. satu kaunter je bukak, org yg beratur sama banyak ngan rakyat China. |

aku tak puas hati ngan maybank...kalau boleh memang la lagi baik kalau berurusan ngan machine drpd berurusan ngan staff dia..tak mesra alam langsung |

Ini pengalaman sendiri, particularly kat CIMB The Curve P.J. I apply loan, skali pegawai loan bertugas tak submit pun application I kat HQ dia sampai 2 bulan, tiap kali call cakap HQ belum bagi jawapan...can you imagine? I call pegawai tu sampai antara 2 hari sekali. Then at last bila I dah launch report kat Manager dia, baru admit yg dia dah hilangkan I punya form & application. Dia tak ambik berak sbb rumah yg I nak beli tu bawah 100K. Dia layan yg RM250K to RM400K.
Why dia tak cakap at the first place? cakap jer tak mau ambik kes kami. senang kami cari bank lain.
Hari2 I maki that officer...perangai macam apa tah???!!!:@ :@
Then, I dapat tau dari my lawyer (yg I lantik utk beli rumah tu, which happen to know him..) lawyer tu cakap, officer tu anak emas boss branch tu...boss dia mesti backing dia...:@ :@
So sekarang I nak report kat sapa? I memang benci CIMB The Curve...konon cam best, tapi poyo jerk!:@ :@ |
