Arashi Ranking No.1 With their Anniversary Live DVD for the 2nd Week!
Arashi have been releasing their live DVD "ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×10" on April 7th and are taking the top position within the ORICON DVD rangking for the second week in a row. After their music clip DVD "5×10 All the BEST! CLIPS 1999-2009" it is already the second DVD, which is taking the lead this year - the over all third time in their career!
The fact that Leader Ohno Satoshi's dorama "怪物くん / Kaibutsu-kun" has just started on Saturday, April 17th, as well as the new Arashi-Show "Arashi ni Shagare", is probably helping to boost the sales and the ORICON ranking on top!

Arashi's Satoshi Ohno Talked about the Real "Monster"
The new TV drama "Kaibutsu Kun/怪物くん (lit. the monster)" casting Satoshi Ohno (大野智) has been on air since last Saturday and won a 17.5% audience rating for the first episode. In the interview with a sports magazine, Ohno said: "I still can not believe that I am the one who plays the main role in the drama."
And when Ohno was offered with this chance, he was not that confident at the beginning: "I didn't think I could do well in this drama." However, "The costume was surprisingly fit when I tried it on for the poster shooting. And the character is very special to me. I want to challenge it naturally." He is getting used to the character now. "The special makeup takes a lot of time. It takes about 30 minutes for the ears. It is quite hard for Matsuoka-kun to spend 2.5 hours every time. I feel sorry for them because they are always saying 'it's hot! hot!'" he talked about the shooting scene.
The 2nd episode will be on air this Saturday. Check out their special makeup as well as Ohno's performing skills!

TOKIO as main personality for NTV's 33rd 24 Hour Television
Tokio's 3rd 24 Hour Television
"Popular group, TOKIO, was revealed on April 25th as the Main Personality for NTV's 33rd '24 Hour TV - Love Saves the Earth,' August 28-29. They were the main personality in 2003, seven years ago."
Mabo is quoted about being the main personality at 33 years old, during the 33rd 24 - and that everyone is in their 30s and this is their 3rd time to be the main personalities for 24hr. This year's theme is "Thank you ~I want to say it to that person right now~"* and it'll occur in the Budokan.
