[NEWS] YG artists will not promote on Music Bank in the future
Artists from YG Entertainment, one of the largest agencies, are expected to not be seen in the future in KBS 2TV Music program ‘Music Bank’.
On the 27th YG officials explained in an interview, “Despite the fact that YG members G-Dragon and TOP, as well as Seungri, are currently having activities, they have not once appeared on KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’ this year.“
He continued, “GD&TOP and Seungri who are already promoting at MBC’s Music Core and SBS’s Inkigayo almost every week, we consider it unlikely that they’ll be able to perform on other music programs“
“Furthermore, in the future for a considerable period YG artists will not appear on ‘Music Bank’, for Big Bang’s comeback in February, this will be the same too,” he said.
Some in the music industry have assumed that this occurred because YG refused to let his artists attend KBS’s Gayo in 2010 because they disagreed with the idea of giving out an award at a festival.
However YG’s side once again cleared up the rumors and stated, “There’s not a bad relationship between us and Music Bank‘.

[NEWS] Big Bang will make “Secret Garden” parody for BIG SHOW 2011!
Popular idol group Big Bang will be transforming into ‘Secret Garden’ characters in their comeback concert!
On January 28th, an acquaintance of Big Bang revealed to Star News:
“After a 2 year and 3 month hiatus, Big Bang will be opening their comeback concert the day after dropping their new album on February 24th. In this concert, Big Bang will also transform into characters from the popular drama, Secret Garden.”
According to this source, the Big Bang members decided to made a comedic parody of ‘Secret Garden’ to further entertain the fans attending their concert.
Big Bang, having debuted in 2006, has held at least one large solo concert a year since 2007, and have made parodies of popular dramas and variety programs each time. So far, Big Bang has parodied ‘Coffee Prince’, ‘Beethoven Virus’, ‘Boys Over Flowers’ and ‘1 Night 2 Days’.
Big Bang’s acquaintance also added:
“The attention fans paid to Big Bang’s parody videos was always hot and explosive. The individual characters that T.O.P, G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri will be portraying still remains a secret.”
Big Bang will be holding their brand concert, ‘2011 Big Show’, starting February 25th to the 27th in Seoul’s Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon, T.O.P, & Seungri reveal their ideal types
Big Bang’s G-Dragon, T.O.P, and Seungri revealed their ideal women to be as unique as their own fashion tastes while guesting on SBS’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time.”
Seungri revealed his to be a woman “that has a lot of aegyo and a bright voice” since he wants to call her often, while T.O.P revealed, “I’d like a woman that knows how to dress herself. Not only her physical appearance, but her manner of speech as well. Someone that’s respectful to adults. Ah, I hate women that swear!”
G-Dragon stated, “Someone that can cook well. I don’t know how to cook anything, so I want her to be able to teach me in areas I’m not familiar with.”
When asked whether he had anyone hit on him first, G-Dragon replied, “Honestly, really no one.” Seungri added, “There probably really wasn’t anyone. G-Dragon doesn’t hit on anyone either, he makes me do it instead.”
Asked to elaborate, Seungri continued, “G-Dragon tries to get the woman interested in him first, but actually turns very quiet. He instead gives her eye smiles.”
DJ Choi Hwa Jung then asked, “Which member is the most handsome?” to which Seungri replied, “T.O.P is the most handsome. He was already so good looking even before our debut. I think we need to get a replica of his face and preserve it in a museum.”
T.O.P shyly replied, “Don’t make me antis!” To the amusement of the studio, Seungri continued to tease, “Even now, he’s so handsome. Just look at those eyelashes!”
