yes of course....like i said some peoples got habits of stealing....is habit...even some professional peoples lot of money they steal.....because is habit...some steal because of situation .....one of my friend steal bread 30 yrs ago because no money....hunger ........now he is doing well and using his creative idea to contribute something good for himself , public and country....if hukum huduh implement during that time, surly his both hands will be chop off....and this will effect his life , society and goverment to support him....
so, can arrest peoples stealing and charge them in court with sentence in jail with stern warning that his hand will chop off if caught again...
need to be fair and responsbile why such stealing took place...whether is poverty or habits...

i rather let the mat salleh run the oil business than the pak arabs....because the mat salleh will open branches world wide and provide job opportunity to peoples ...what does the pak arabs does???only seeing tummy getting bigger...
