Rumah boleh diinvest pakei sewa ataupun pakei jual dgn harga lagik mahal skit. Untung 20k jak, ok what. Cam ya lah style org cina. Cara musing duit, kata org tek. Tp yg penting location mesti bagus. Carik areayg ader demand.
Mun ktk ada maca buku nak ditulis oleh Azizi Ali, caranya lebih kuarng cam ya lah tek. |

yalah..nang menar..kmk pun pembaca setia buku2 azizi ali , malah i'm planning myself utk kumpul aset starting next year. property investment, mun kenak ngn lokasi n jenisnya..really can give u financial secure for al least 10 years come..by that time either the money goes for my, hubby n anak2 enjoy holiday or utk 'harta karun' k anak2 kmk discover bila sidak dah besar lak. |

target kmk pun thn depan juak. this year, plah tinjauan sebanyak mungkin jak lok..baruk sampe ke kuching tok, so baruk nak nangga2 housing kat sitok..sabtu tok kebetulan nak g samarahan so plan nak g nangga shorhouse kat sia.

baruk ptg marek me & my beloved pegi jengok showroom appartment kat mjc ya..tok kali ke berapa ntah kmk g tga showroom ya sbb berminat menar nak ada at least a unit for my aset ..the last time pegi nangga dolok was last year. so marek bila nanyak harganya dah lain dah..ok, for ur info projek appartment kat mjc ya buat masa tok ada 3 types:
1) mjc appartment
- tok nok yg shoplots ya..not sure bout the price coz i didn't check on this, sbb sik berminat nak beli this type..but i think roughly starting from rm60k.
2) courtyard sanctuary
- ok, this type is the one yg ada 4 floors..of coz sikda lift la mun dah 4 tingkat jak..but not bad la..showroom yg kmk pegi nangga pun are units from this type. keluasan unit pa;ing kecik is 806ft ..yg paling besar is 869ft. harga yg paling starting from rm126,260 onwards.
3) upper sanctuary
- tok nok paling tinggi ya, ada lift, swimming pool, gym..pendek ceta macam kondominium la but this one not categorized under condo yet (i dont know why). keluasan yg paling kecik is 920 sf ..dan yg paling besar is 1132 sf. harga starting from rm156k onwards |
