Printer wont feed paper

Hi, nk tanye myhp printer 2505 unable to feed paper.. Quite new jugak sbb jrg pakai but warranty dah takde.. Anyone can help to advise? Part yg kena tukar and how much nk antar service etc?.. Thanks in advance...

Remove the stack of paper from the tray. Check for obstructions inside the tray. Use a flashlight to view the mechanism inside the tray to make sure that nothing blocks the paper from engaging with the rollers. Even small pieces of paper can cause paper feed issues.

I had exactly the same situation with my printer, and it really helped me just to make sure that nothing was in the way inside.
And it worked)
