IJN dalam satu kenyataan memaklumkan, Tun Dr.Mahathir tiba di IJN pada jam 7 malam tadi.

Beliau yang juga Ahli Parlimen Langkawi itu dijangka berada di IJN untuk beberapa hari bagi menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan dan pemerhatian susulan.

Dr Mahathir still in IJN for further investigation on his health condition

Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who was admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN) on Thursday (Dec 16), is currently undergoing several investigations for his medical check-up.

The check-up shall be completed in the next few days, the IJN said in a brief statement on Friday.

“He shall remain in the IJN till then.

“Due to the present SOPs (standard operating procedures), no visitors are allowed to visit Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun,” the statement read.
