Dear Police and Home Office of Malaysia,

http://www.topix.com/forum/ph/manila/T85R65L3CKUEDHKJU#lastPost

This site is endangering Sabah and Sabahans as it is a terror site and without
justification.  The claim on Sabah is dead.

I posted something like below in #17 and it was deleted.

Why deleted so the blogger is not sincere
for positive views except to deceive others especially those in the dark.

Maybe the second post would be deleted again.

By claiming Sabah, the relationship of Manila and KL is estranged.

The recent Police detection of 36,000 bullets imported into Sabah can be
meant for similar trouble as expounded by some of the posters there.

So I urge the appropriate authorities would resolve this issue of dangerous
and seditious blogging.

why my posting was deleted?

The claim is dead because there was no legal title given to Sultan Sulu hence it is a land scam.

The original document of the lease/cessation or whatever is not available.

The RM5,300 is illegal payment because it is compensation for the loss of seafood and bird nest collections, which is clearly now obsolete.

The Judge's decision in 1939 was about the distribution of the RM5,300 amongst the greedy claimants who are pretenders, scammers and losers- and nothing to do with lease/cessation or whatever.

So compensation Sabah and Sabahans for the tresspassing of illegal Filipinos in sabah since 1967 to the tune of at least RM40 billions.

This issue of the status of Sabah should be brought to the ICJ to decide to whom the rights should belong to. Let it be legal and proper.

The issue of Singa should be brought to ICJ first. Anyway, the bumiputra or Malay in Singapore are the original inhabitants, the rest migrated from China and India especially. Sabah is different, the local rules... so there is no problem.

Not true, the original inhabitants are the Aslis.
Malays migrated from southern China just like Chinese.

If Msia has good rights to Sabah, it should not be afraid to prove it in an international court just as singapore was not afarid of going to ICJ.
