sape leh tolong?sample notis kepada pemaju

sape tau ek nak wat notis kepada pemaju bagunan yg mengatakan bangunan bermasalah..kiranya nak soh dorang datang repair laaa..pastu nak mintak ganti rugi disebabkan kos operasi tergendala...camne nak draftkan ek?sape2 leh tolong tak?

Biasanya ada borang yg perlu diisi. So jumpa pemaju dan isi borang kat ofis dia.

saya nak wat notis amaran kepada pemaju...suruh dia datang repair...pemaju tak bagi kerjasama...yg pasal borang tu takde guna pon...buang karen je...skang lawyer soh pihak saya hantar notis yg ada list defect ...camne nak wat ek?pastu lawyer soh bagi official letter soh mintak ganti rugi..llepas pihak saya hantar secara official baru lawyer boleh bertindak...blur laa...camne nak wat ayat ni

"lawyer" ko ckp tu bg pihak sape, pihak ko ke?....ke loyer developer...

kalu loyer ko, soh jela die yg deraf notis tuh, pe susah... loyer deraf utk ko, en den ko send la notis/leter ke hape2 tu...loyer ko, maknenyer ko baya serbis die...

lawyer developer ..pihak haku blom lantik lawyer lain lagi secara rasmi...coz aku beli bangunan tu pakai lawyer yg sama dgn developer untuk urusan agrement...so lawyer developer tu laa yg consult (secara diam2) kepada pihak haku...aku nak bagi notis dulu...kalau dah kuarkan niotis beberapa kali dia tak layan gak..hantar official bagai dia tak layan gak...baru haku lantik lawyer persendirian untuk setel kes ni san secara tak langsung haku dah ada black n white menyatakan aku dah komplen bagai kat pemaju tapi dorang wat derk... kiranya pihak haku ni still berlembut lagi laaa...so sape2 ada sample?...haku cuma nak sample je...kalau haku nak soh lawyer 'deraf' awal2 lagi haku lantik soh saman je pemaju tu tanpa kuarkan sebarang notis...kalau boleh berunding dan tak perlu lantik lawyer lain bagai...better berunding..ni bagi pihak haku sebab seme dah capai persetujuan camtu
