Pirates Of The Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest

Summary :
This time around, Johnny returns as Captain Jack Sparrow and is caught in yet another tangled web of supernatural intrigue. It turns out, Captain Jack owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, ruler of the ocean depths and captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. If Jack can't figure a crafty way out of this one, he'll be cursed to an afterlife of eternal servitude and damnation. And as if that weren't enough, Captain Jack's problems throw a huge wrench into the wedding plans of the blissful Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, who quickly find themselves thrust into Jack's misadventures.
This is the second of three Pirates of the Caribbean movies starring Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush. In Dead Man's Chest, Captain Jack Sparrow continues his adventure of supernatural intrigue which pits him against cannibals and Captain Barbossa's ship-full of living-skeleton pirates. Captain Jack also owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, as it were, ruler of the briny depths and captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman, which rises out of the Davey Jones' locker once every hundred years to collect the souls of sailors who have drowned at sea. Jack will need all his crafty skills to get out this one, or else he'll be cursed to an afterlife of eternal servitude and damnation; which, of course, is not a good thing. Now he must set out across the world in search of Davey Jones' heart, which is locked away in a special treasure chest. And as if that weren't enough, Captain Jack's problems throw a huge monkey-wrench into the wedding plans of the blissful Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, who quickly find themselves thrust back into Jack's misadventures. Not to mention having to cross paths once again with Barbossa and Jack the monkey.
If you're wondering how Barbossa and his crew return, you obviously didn't sit through the credits of the first film and missed the little clip at the end. Go back and watch it.
Some of us here at Dead Men Tell No Tales.com were fortunate enough to be invited to visit some of the absolutely amazing sets and were thrilled to meet Geoffrey Rush and Lee "Ello, poppet" Arenberg -- our two favorite pirates. Everything we saw was incredible, especially the Flying Dutchman and the Singapore set. The detail on the sets is phenomenal, partly because the art director previously designed the sets for A Series of Unfortunate Events and Sleepy Hollow (which won an Academy Award for set decoration).
Unfortunately we will be cursed pirates if we tell you too much. All we can say is that this film will be bigger and better than the first. And the third will be get really weird. (Think of a cross between the first Pirates of the Caribbean film and Terry Gilliam's Time Bandits and/or Brazil.) These are both sure to be blockbusters and unlike anything you've ever seen before.
