Tips nie sesuai untuk mereka yang belum pernah melahirkan anak.
Untuk ibu2 yg dah bersalin - bany ...
yg tu kita kena tnya info dr ibu2 yg dah melaluinya...


...yg lain tu no Hal....mmg amalkan...tp x kurang gak lemak kat perut ni...my friend yg part time gym instructor ckp...kena buat senaman satu ni....dia tunjuk mmg nampak senang be he said u hv to be consistent for at least 1 mth...100x per day....20x per session...dia kata cfm jadik because dulu dia muncit walaupun x gemuk(biasala la lelaki lepas kawin perut mesti naik kan)...dia buat mmg flat la his tummy....bila dgr 100 Kali langsung me x buat...hehehehe...cardio excersice he said the best for every1 regardless ur gender n marital statusawinpj posted on 26-1-2014 11:59 PM

kalo u nak make it more fun tp cfm penat lebih ckit bule try lambung bola....ni Jessica alba buat....myself x rajin....skarang ni amik shortcut...beli ubat sapu yg to me agak mahal nak mampuih....I hope menjadikla...dah malas nak pakai segala high waist panty...leceh time nak buang air
