Dakota & Elle Fanning All Grown Up

Dakota Fanning and her younger sister Elle have staked out opposites coasts of the US to call home.

The 19-year-old Dakota has set up camp in New York City, while 15-year-old Elle has planted herself in Los Angeles.

The teen stars have been busy creating their own identities and fulfilling individual goals as they mature.

Dakota had a prolific career as a child actress and was nominated at age seven for a Screen Actors Guild Award for her work in the 2001 movie I Am Sam opposite Sean Penn.

Elle followed her sister into acting and landed featured roles in Daddy Day Care, Super 8 and We Bought A Zoo.

The younger Fanning has continued snatching up roles and has four movies slated for release in 2014.
