 KUALA LUMPUR - Police today brushed off claims of a shooting incident that was linked to policemen as spread on social networking sites and messaging application 'Whatsapp'. According to the Royal Malaysian Police's official Facebook page, the posted pictures were taken during a hostage training session at KL Sentral. "Police vehemently deny the 'shooting' incident. It is an attempt to create fear among the public," according to the site. The page posted pictures of uniformed policemen and three individuals lying on the floor with blood stains, allegedly after the incident occurred in Serdang. -Bernama
