Remaja Tembak Abang Sebab Minat Gadis Sama

SEORANG remaja didakwa menembak mati abangnya sendiri kerana kedua-dua mereka meminati gadis yang sama.
Portal Mirror melaporkan bahawa Dakota Thornton, 15, dipenjara selepas dia dilaporkan memberitahu polis "saya tembak abang saya".
Memetik laporan Fox, remaja yang berasal dari Dauphin County di Pennsylvania, Amerika Syarikat (AS) itu bergaduh dengan abangnya, Dominick, 18, mengenai gadis yang sama disukai mereka.
Seorang jurucakap berkata: "Dua beradik itu bergaduh mengenai seorang gadis.
"Kedua-dua mereka dikatakan berminat pada gadis yang sama dan perkara itu merupakan punca pembunuhan," katanya. - Mirror

I am a 49 year old sister from another Mother of this family
I personally know these young men.
We all are a little dysfunctional in our own way but the 15 year old victim is as you call the shooter in this case is a primary example of today's Child Youth Services a true Prot'ege' of our tax dollars on services of our children today.
Child ( young man) 15 year old boy had a few issues in the past TRUE ISSUES investigated by CYS since OUR fathers death in Mid January has not been checked on once by OUR SERVICES TO SAY !!
He has had numerous issue in school since the death of our father but no follow ups still .
Boy was suppose to be under medication was he getting them was he taking them ????
After the death of my father mind you who was raising these children all on his own were Place back with their mother was had plenty of issue herself
That CYS know about BUT FAILED BUT FAILED AGAIN TO FOLLOW UP ...... So now not only did I lose my father now I lost my half brothers in a way . A TRUE FAILURE THAT COULD (SHOULD) HAVE BEEN PREVENTED ...............
The moral of the story is this all could have been prevented !!!!!

Marsico said Dakota Thornton had to be charged as an adult because homicide cases can't be brought in juvenile court.
Police said Dakota Thornton was arrested without incident at an apartment near the shooting scene. The weapon used in the slaying was a .410-gauge shotgun.
In arrest papers filed with District Judge Rebecca Jo Margerum, Trooper Kyle Tobin said one of the first things Dakota Thornton said when officers arrived was, "I shot my brother."
During an interview with police with his mother present, Thornton said he loaded the shotgun about 2 minutes before the slaying, Tobin said. He said Thornton told officers he "ultimately shot and killed his brother over the fact that he was romantically interested in the brother's girlfriend."
A county deputy coroner pronounced Dominick Thornton dead at the scene, police said. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
In addition to murder, Dakota Thornton is charged with possessing an instrument of crime for using the shotgun in the killing. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 6 before Margerum.
Officials at Williams Valley School District declined comment on the slaying.

On Wednesday the buzz circulating around the community - and across social media - pointed to a fight between two brothers over a girl.
But the neighbor close to the family said those reports were wrong. The two brothers were not fighting over the older one's girlfriend.
She said she had no idea what the fight would have been about.
"Really they both were good kids," she said. "It's just... I don't know.. one of those things that happened."
Police arrived at the scene to find Dakota sitting on the front stoop. One officer reportedly asked "where's he at?"
"Which one do you want?" The neighbor asked.
"The one who did shooting."
"He's right here" she said, pointing at him.
Police read him his rights, handcuffed him and drove him away. He is being charged as an adult.
