muscle will take over all flabby fat, make your thigh a lot firmer. trust me, i've seen a lot of improvement by doing this. BTW, im not sis. im bro :-)

sometimes calves also depends on genetic.. like indian, their calves are genetically slim

first, kena buat cardio la to reduce fat. second, bleh try weight / bodyweight training to firm the muscle:
1. calf raise on a dumbell / or on bodyweight (bleh buat kt umah)
2. calf press on leg press machine (kena pegi gym)
3. calf SMR on foam roll (bleh buat kt umah, kena beli foam roll)
