Kristen Stewart is the new face of Chanel

Kristen Stewart has been tapped to bethe newest face of Chanel.
The French fashion house, which stagedits latest Metiers d'Art traveling fashion show on Tuesday in Dallas, saidStewart, 23, will front the campaign for its pre-fall line, WWD reports.
She follows in the footsteps of formerChanel celebrity spokespeople like Brad Pitt, Keira Knightley and NicoleKidman.

Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld turnedto the American West for the collection. The show was held at at Fair Park,Dallas' Art Deco exhibition venue, which was into a barn for the night,complete with a hay-scattered runway. Models in Western-style hats and bootswore outfits adorned with fringe, leather and feathers. The final model wasdressed in an all-white ensemble that included fringed pants and afloor-grazing feather headdress.
