Job title: Internship Consumer Collections – Secured & Unsecured Loans

Successful candidates will be given on-the-job training, exposure to all areas in consumer collections, and will be task to:

- Implement action plan to minimise collection losses and maximise recoveries
- Management of Post Auction portfolio by way of timely collections of auction proceeds
- Analyse and review weekly / monthly performance of Auction and provide corrective measures where needed
- To keep abreast with the economic environment and assist in the formalising of internal guidelines in line with the current situations
- Liaise with lawyers, regarding specific cases and/or to plan solutions to enhance collection of accounts
- Negotiate with customers on settlement of account, whenever necessary
- Review settlement of accounts
- Responsible for the management and recovery of Consumer Non-Performing Loans

Requirements
- Preferably with a minimum Diploma in any field.
- Candidate with related working experience in banking/ finance, especially with experience in collections and related legal matters will have added advantage.
- Good judgement and possess good knowledge of the Malaysian legal system.
- SPM/STPM school leavers with related working experience will be consider.
- Preferably Chinese speaking candidates.
- Bumiputeras are encouraged to apply.
