After driving her "ugly" tweet train all the way to the White House this morning, the former child star gave her Twitter followers an update on her ongoing nose surgery—and it doesn't seem to be going too well.
"My Nose Is Broken I'm Bruised I Can't Wait For My Next Surgery," Bynes tweeted.

She has already got herself into hot water trying to help Amanda Bynes once before, but it seems that Jenny McCarthy is still extremely concerned about her welfare.
The 40-year-old actress has even claimed that she believes Amanda could have 'a possible mental disorder' and reveals that she 'feels sorry' for the former Disney starlet.
In a frank interview on talk show The View on Tuesday, Jenny indicated that she believes Amanda is not in control of her own mental faculties.
