Administration Assistant [Johor Bahru]

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administration duties such as data entry and checking, filling and general administrative support.
  • Assisting in daily billing, invoicing and monitoring payment status.
  • Attend phone calls and answer appropriately to customers' inquiry.
  • Organize and manage documents, records and filing efficiently.
  • Any adhoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office especially in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently, independently, reliable and responsible.
  • Willing to learn and have a positive working attitude.
  • Committed and high discipline in working.
  • Able to start immediately is an advantage
  • Full-Time positions available.
