We are a sub-contractor, specialising in fire fighting system, pumping, sewerage pipe system etc. Major project we have been involved including KLCC, KL Tower and others construction building around Klang Valley and around the country.
Our current project including being a sub-con in Epsom College, building the entire water tank at Saujana Putra, supplying Fire Fighting system to KLF Furniture, rectifying and patching sewer pipe line for PKNS at Cyberjaya. Etc

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work under the direction of the Directors and Managers

Coordinate, expedite and manage certain administrative andoperational aspects of the Purchasing Division

Provide support to Quantity Surveyors by sourcing the necessarymaterials’ price promptly as per request

Responsible for all procurement and purchasing activities onassigned projects

Sources new vendors either from abroad or local for betterquality inventory as well as better prices

Negotiates with vendors to get better prices and deals

Maintain good record on inventory levels in accordance withprojects

Submitting Delivery Order to Account Division on time

JOB REQUIREMENT

Related educational background

At least 1 years experiential background, preferably withprojects relating to Civil & Structure and or Mechanical & Engineering

Comprehensive knowledge of personal computers and softwarepackages, including the necessary procurement software.

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Ability to establish and maintain effective workingrelationships with co-workers, technical resources team, vendors and Clients

The ideal candidate shall beable to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety ofdetail-oriented tasks with a positive attitude and professionalism
