Position  : Customer Service Executive

Contract Type: Full-time

Experience Level: minimum 6 month to 1 year

Benefits  :-

Basic Salary RM1500-RM2000
CSA Allowance RM150
Cross Selling Incentive Minimum RM160 up to RM2000k monthly
Shift Allowance: RM6 per day
Mandarin Languange Allowance RM200

Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound call for Our Client's and assist them by providing the
right Assistance & information to solve their inquires & problems
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the
satisfaction of the customer
- Educate the customer about the organization's products and services and
direct them toward available resources for self-help
- Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a
professional and prompt manner
- Following up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and
customers
-To log call outcomes accurately in the customer management system and ensure that notes made are sufficient to enable any agent to take follow up call.
-To complete any administration tasks as required by Team Leader.
-To render consistent  quality service ensuring customer experience

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma In any filed.Good to have degree in any field.
- Willing and able to work on Rotation Shifts (till 11:59PM only)
- Willing and able to work 5 days a week (2 off days / week not fix)
- Local Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
-Minimum 6 month to 1 year experiences in Customer Services,Telesales,Sales, Technical helpdesk in call center industry
- Advantage for those in experince in call center in mobile,Internet or TV related
- Fluent in spoken English
- PASS in Mathematics in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply (training
provided)
- Basic telephone communication skills
- Project a “Smiling” voice
- Basic Cust. Service Behavior & Knowledge
- Work Location : Klang
