5. Ability to understand and analyze abstract data when designing softwareprograms
6. Strong oral and written and interpersonal communication skills.Communication between team members & customers.
7. Details oriented.
8. Pro-active person with good initiative, responsible & resourceful.
9. Able to work well in a team, as well as individually.
